Color Inspiration Challenge #45

I am participating in another one of Kristina Werner’s Color Inspiration Challenges. I love the colors she chose. So fun!

Here is what I made for the classic color scheme:
The card base is grey, the sentiment, paper, and flower have white, and the paper, ribbon and flower have black.

I actually cut the flower out of Real Simple magazine. I love the look of that! I chose the magazine because books tend to be a little more off-white than white. The little white brad in the center of the flower is shaped like a button. So cute!
Here is a close up on the white embossing powder detail.
Here is an angle shot so you can see that the flower is popped up on dimensionals. Plus, it’s a fun way to view a card!
Here is a final shot! I think this would be a great wedding card, especially for a couple that chose a more formal monochromatic color scheme.
