more joy!

DSC_0287
Hello and happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! I wanted to share the card I made for my hubby. I just had to use the mistletoe from Bows and Holly! Hehe! Critters in the ‘Burbs is one of his favorites so I made sure to include that, too! 🙂
It’s funny. Every card that I made this year for my family had the word “joy” on it. I didn’t intend that at all! So I decided I would make it my word for 2011. To find joy in everything. What a wonderful way to live, right? 🙂

I thought I would share some photos from our Christmas celebration! There was too much food as usual! Mike got me an Instax camera, and I am SO excited about it! Putter joined in the celebration! We took silly matching PJ pics with the timer. I am the timer operator. It’s a work out! haha! We also did A LOT of work on the booth. There is a little picture in there. I’ve gotta tell you stitching felt to a 20 foot canvas is exhausting! It is fun, though!

Well, I am off to go work on the booth some more! CHA is fast approaching!
May your day be filled with joy!

Card stock: Neenah
Patterned Paper: American Crafts
Ink: Memento

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,

  1. I love the cute mistletoe on the card. It's so fun over the little critters! And it looks like you had fun over the holiday too. I also got a camera (a Polaroid). I can't put mine down so I know you will have fun with yours too. Aren't hubbies the sweetest?

  2. Aw, it looks like you had a blast for Christmas! Glad you finally got that instax. 🙂 Can't wait to see what you do with it! Love the card for today. I've noticed myself using the word "joy" a lot lately, too. Way to make it your work for 2011! I'm still thinking about what mine should be. Thank you for sharing!

  3. It looks like your Christmas was full of joy…gotta love the matching pj's too much fun! Joy is a perfect word for the year…joy gets you through when happy is in short supply.
    blessings!

  4. OH Kelly your family photos are precious and love the matching jammies. I bet your booth at CHA will be amazing because everything you have done since you have started this business has been in the most professional way. I'll stop by but, won't find you cause I can be pretty shy. Enjoy your first show and let the sales roll in. Best of luck to you! HUgs,Kathy
