Lawn Fawn Intro: “Plus One”

Hello and welcome to the third post of Lawn Fawn’s March inspiration week! We are just so excited about this week! We have four stamp sets, and they will be revealed on March 17th at 12:01 am EDT and until then we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

Today is our showcase of “Plus One”. This 4″ x 6″ set is a fun and cute baby set that goes from announcing that there is a bun in the oven to the baby shower to the baby arrival! There are also some fun non-baby ideas you can do too! The design team has made the most amazing samples! I also have a little video on the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using this set!

Nichol‘s card is ultra sweet and girly! I just adore that lacey cut out and the button wheels on the baby carriage! I love how she put the different words from the set together to create the perfect sentiment and it is showcased so well on those flagged strips!

Chan‘s gift bag is SO fun! I absolutely adore the way she punched out different shaped circles with the different baby images. I cannot wait to try this technique! Just brilliant! I also adore he sweet color combo and polka dotted paper. This makes me smile!

Lea‘s card is just so sweet. I love her combination of elegant paper with the cute images of Plus One. I adore how she put pearls on the mobile from the set and then above the sentiment. And that twine bow?! I think I’m in love! 🙂

Lynnette‘s cards are so sweet and ready to go if it is a boy or a girl! The rattle on the twine is just the perfect accent! I adore that! I also love the hearts and stars coming out of the carriages. It is just perfect!

Tiffany has made the coolest baby shower invitation ensemble! I just love it! I love the way she made patterned paper with the raindrops and then had the umbrella go on a band on the outside of the glassline bag. The curved sentiment under the mobile is so sweet, too! The registry card is completely elegant. This is just the perfect ensemble!

Teri‘s card is so clever! I love the idea of the stork holding the umbrella with that cute little baby face in it! That is just too clever and cute! I love the scallops just on two sides of the patterned paper. It looks so cool. The card is just all sorts of fun!

Latisha‘s is a perfect boy card! I love those bright polka dots and that gorgeous twine! Circle cards are just too fun! I also love the juxtaposition of the rectangular shaped label on the circle and the gorgeous red shading on the umbrella. So sweet!

Mariana‘s card is so sweet! I love the idea of the stork flying through the clouds with the sentiment “on the way!” The glitter on the stork’s bag is just perfect, and I love that the gingham panel is off set! Finished off with a knot in the cutest ribbon ever and this card is perfect!
JULIE baby boy gift bag
Julie‘s gift bag is so fun. She perfectly combined Bannerific and Plus One. Isn’t it great that the sentiments from this set fit in the banners? I adore her stork and the way she added him to that die cut panel. This gift bag is just so cool and a perfect gift bag layout for any occassion!

Such an awesome set and I almost bought it but I had to be practical and buy a couple of sentiment sets since I have very few of those ;D My favorite boy name has always been Matthew and I had to barter with my husband – we both wanted Kyle for our first and he got to pick the middle name and I would get Matthew for our second! I lucked out and we have two boys ;D

  22. I am in love with this set! So adorable! The design team samples were so amazing, too! Really, really cute.

    I really loved the names Genevieve and Vivienne for a girl. For a boy, I'm all out of favorite names, after having three sons. Sometimes I really have anxiety over what I would do if I ever had another because there just aren't any other boys names that I'm in love with.

    The Lawn Fawn anniversary set is really cute too! You guys are so generous!

  30. Adorable!! I love the name Katia for a girl. It can't be Katie. Has to be Katia. There is a story behind the name, but I just love how it sounds. As for a boy…I've always loved the name Robert (my dad's name is Robert).

    I always want my babies to have an unique name. Thus, I been squeezing my head to think of my daughter name back then but could not find any suitable until God given me His inspiration! I like the name very much and thus my daughter is named Ezel! I hope it is really unique.

    Since I am planning for another baby soon, I really hope I win this set so that I can make some baby announcement card!

  39. This is {plus} one adorable set!!! I love it so much! I'm going crazy for the DT work! Wow, they continue to create wonderful projects!

    Its funny because I had boy/girl names picked out for what seems like forever, Dominick & Lindsay. But both times I got pregnant they just wouldn't do. I ended up with a Christian & an Alivia ;)… also, my niece's name, Paige – I love that name! Those 3 have become my faves :D.

  47. when i was a younger i always said i wanted to name a daughter Caitlin (after a trilogy that was popular when i was a teenager) and i actually did name my daughter that…and my son, your fan, is Collin…those are my fave-y baby names

  53. Another adorable set, Kelly, and fabulous design team samples. Not a real name, but I most affectionately call my boys Squirt so that has to be my favorite.

  54. Well, I have a baby right now and his name is Nalle (which means "teddy bear" in swedish). Often I call him Grizzly though because he's so big 😀

    If I had a girl I might call her Niina, since I really like my name 🙂

    This set is sooo sweet, without being overbearing. Love it!

  62. I LOVE baby stuff!! (it helps that I have had 2 little girls in the last 3 years). My favorite baby name right this moment is Abigail but that's because she is my last sweet cuddly baby. I can't get enough of her big cheeks and soft skin.

  84. I know I should say my son's name is my favorite baby name, but we actually thought he was going to be a girl and we were set to name "her" DAISY! I was so convinced he was a girl that when the technician at the lab told me it was definitely a boy, I didn't believe him. So, secretly, my favorite name is still Daisy, but we named our little guy after my husband, John, which has always been a favorite of mine anyway! (Super adorable projects, by the way!)

    Cordero Dionicio.. cordero i got my the soap opera onelife to live. Cordero means lamb. from the pray.. Cordero de dio (lamb of god). Dionicio is my grandpa's name.

However, the design team rocked this set so much that I find myself needing it now. It's super versatile and doesn't need to be used just for baby cards, and I love that!
