Hello and welcome to the third post of Lawn Fawn’s April inspiration week! We are just so excited about this week! We have four stamp sets, and they will be revealed on April 14th at 12:01 am EDT and until then we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

Today is our showcase of “Smitty’s ABCs”. This 4″ x 6″ set is a new addition to our alphabet series and is in the perfect typewriter style font! The design team has made the most amazing samples! I also have a little video on the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using this set and how to perfectly line it up!

Nichol‘s card is so sweet! I love the rainbow coloring of her sweet sentiment. This is what these alphabets are great for, sharing your favorite quotes, making custom sentiments! So wonderful! I love all of the hearts she used from Teeny Tiny Backdrops and Happily Ever After! A happy card indeed!
Lea has also created the perfect custom sentiment to go along with her rainbow twine card. I just adore this, and the sentiment makes her super cool card that much sweeter! How clever are the cascading bows?! Love it!
Chan has created the perfect pun for her perfect felty embellishments! I just love it! This is a great way to use up all of your sweet embellishments: by making a custom sentiment for them! This card just makes me smile as big as that orange! 🙂
Tiffany‘s layout is absolutely gorgeous! I adore the text background she created with Smitty’s ABCs. It adds so much texture to her grassy hills. She even has light blue letters in her clouds! Such a cool tie in! I love this clever use of the alphabet in a layout!
Lynnette has used Smitty’s to put a Bible quote on her card. This is such a cool use because you can put any of your favorite or inspirational quotes on your cards and layouts with this alphabet. I love her colors and those beautiful roses, too! Perfect for spring time!
Julie‘s card is so sweet! She has used Bannerific and the bird from Critters in the Forest to create this great card, and then put her custom sentiment in the banners! (Yes, Smitty’s fits in Bannerific, too!) I love the twine going around, too!
Teri‘s card is so cute! I love her custom frame she made and the cool way she placed her letters! Absolutely adorable! The pears from My Silly Valentine are the cherry on top! This is one sweet card that would make anyone smile!
Latisha‘s card is so sweet and perfect for a gift card or a gift tag! She used the present from Bows and Holly and Smitty’s for her custom sentiment. I just love the unique shape and those three little gems finish it off perfectly!

Thanks for comparing all the sets. I was going to get an ABC set from Lawn and Fawn and didn't realize that there were two already out and now three. Love all three and think it would be fun to use Harold's and Smitty's together…like to make a word bold in a sentence.

I'm so glad that you showed the difference between the different letter sets. AND I LOVE that your letters are set in identical rectangles. I have several letter sets from other companies which DON'T have the rectangles and it's impossible to line them up properly. GREAT IDEA, Kelly!!

DARN! I thought "I don't need an alphabet" Then I watched the video…I think you are GENIUS for having the additional letters and I think it's equally genius for having the letters all line up perfectly by simply placing. Now I think I HAVE to have these because I have always thought "why can't they make these so they line up so I don't have to stamp letter by boring letter???" And it was bad enough that Nichol has me wanting the Say Cheese stamps and now you have me getting addicted to these too. I'm sunk! LOL Now to see if I can find a retailer here in Canada. Thanks for comparing all the sets. I was going to get an ABC set from Lawn and Fawn and didn't realize that there were two already out and now three. Love all three and think it would be fun to use Harold's and Smitty's together…like to make a word bold in a sentence.

I'm so glad that you showed the difference between the different letter sets. AND I LOVE that your letters are set in identical rectangles. I have several letter sets from other companies which DON'T have the rectangles and it's impossible to line them up properly. GREAT IDEA, Kelly!!

DARN! I thought "I don't need an alphabet" Then I watched the video…I think you are GENIUS for having the additional letters and I think it's equally genius for having the letters all line up perfectly by simply placing. Now I think I HAVE to have these because I have always thought "why can't they make these so they line up so I don't have to stamp letter by boring letter???"
And it was bad enough that Nichol has me wanting the Say Cheese stamps and now you have me getting addicted to these too. I'm sunk! LOL Now to see if I can find a retailer here in Canada.

The DT always kills it – every time! Samples are all fabulous but my absolute faves are Chan's orange card and Teri's pear card. So cute!
