  1. I love how your DT members show how well this set coordinates with other Lawn Fawn sets, and such a nice wide variety of styles too! Such talent! My favorite kind of cake is cheesecake or a bakery cupcake with buttercream frosting (no matter how hard I try mine are never as good as the ones I get from the bakery). Thanks for yet another chance to win!!

  2. Thank you for giving me this set on my last order. I'm just commenting here to say thank you thank you thank you for sharing your ideas and taking the time to film the videos. 🙂

  3. I love ALL cake, but lately, I have been thinking alot about Coconut cake and will be making one for Easter!! I hope you have a great new release and I can't wait to get my hands on more Lawn Fawn!!!

  4. I love this little mini set. I think you get a lot of bang for your buck with it, because it's so versatile and works for any type of birthday. The design team samples were so inspiring, as was your video, Kelly Marie!

My favorite cake is one that I make myself. It's a Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake. It's amazingly delicious!

  5. I enjoyed watching the videos and the beautiful cards your talented DT made! I have many alphabet sets but it's true that they can't get aligned and the sentiment looks all weird. I need to try this Smitty's one!

As for the cake, I live in south Texas so I like a very Mexican style cake (maybe you have tried it before in Cali?): tres leches cake /three milk cake.
Do you want to try baking it?:

    Enjoy!

  6. My fave cake is carrot cake loaded with all of the extra goodies…nuts, raisins, pineapple..yum! Love these new sets! Thanks for all the inspiration!

  7. I've got to say the 55g of fat 500 calorie cheese cake is always my first choice! 🙂 But since we live in the south now (NC, hubby is a Marine) I've been on the hunt for the best red velvet. Mmmm, cake!

  8. Chocolate has always been my favourite, and no other cake comes close… oh well, cheese maybe… 🙂

Love this mini set that can churn out so many different styles of card!

  9. Great question you ask today, Kelly! What your favorite type of cake? This is just nice as it is my birthday today! I would like to have cheese cake! I always like cheese cake and perhaps blueberry or American cheese cake would be nice! Yummy!

  10. lovely cards as usual. the semtiment-as-background looked fab!

mmm cake. really i'm not picky. a good french vanilla cake (betty crocker's is awesome) with buttercream tho is great. or lemon.. or carrot cake … or or or :p

  11. My favorite type of cake is ice cream cake. Or cheese cake. I think I should make up a recipe for Ice cream cheesecake. That would be so amazing! Watching the video right now. I feel so special that I already have this set from last month. It's like I'm a DT or something, but really I just like to spend money on cute things. Lol!

  12. That's not fair I can't pick just one. Choc, carrot, cheese all so very yummy. My hubby makes this choc cheese cake type of thing for his strawberry Tiramisu which is to die for. Thank you for these last few days. I've been inspired to do some cool things and go get me some cake! Happy Birthday!

  13. What a cute little cake! Love all the awesome cards – the DT is always so creative and inspiring!

I like lots of kinds of cake! A couple faves are pound cake and key lime cheesecake. Yummy!

  14. Thanks for showing us all those fabulous stamping techniques. You guys have the BEST stamps, ever! My favorite cake is white chocolate mocha – a white cake with white chocolate bavarian creme and raspberry preserves. So amazing!

  15. Hands down my favourite cake is good old cake from a box – Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake. Apparently I once threw a tantrum at my birthday party because my parents had their pastry chef friend make me a fancy cake instead of having my usual Duncan Hines cake! 🙂

  16. Gorgeous DT Cards. This looks like a must have set esp. for me with small kids. Thanks for the video and giving a chance to win your cute stamps.
My favorite cake is Chocolate Mozart cake from our local Bakery:))My husband n kids surprise me with it every year. Too cute…lol.

  17. So SO cute! I need to get this set! My favorite type of cake is either cheesecake or an almond torte from a place in the Pittsburgh area! =D I'm all about local bakeries!

  18. Absolutely amazing work girls!! I love that everyone of the dt had a different style & can all take the same stamps & turn them into completely different works of amazing art!

  19. Love the new set (and those projects are stunning)! I love cake…all kinds of cake! Carrot cake, marble cake, strawberry, etc! Now I need some cake!! 🙂

  20. Lately, I have been obsessed with a cake from my local Publix bakery called Raspberry Elegance. It is TO DIE FOR delish! Rich vanilla cake, raspberry filling in between the layers, and a cream cheese sinful frosting! It's $22.00 for a small-ish round cake, but worth every penny!! This cake has definitely become my guilty pleasure lately!! YUM-O!

  21. Congratulations on one year! My Favorite cake is hard to pick because I like almost any cake, but I guess Chocolat mousse cake, has to be one of the best. B~)

  22. Favorite cake, you say? I have to pick ONE?!?
Well, if that is the case, I pick one that brings me back to childhood birthday parties.. Confetti!!! How I loved to cut into that sparkly, colorful cake 🙂 Yum!

  23. I love cake! Never met a carbohydrate I didn't like 😛 As long as the frosting has flavor (not industrial colored fat), I'll take anything! Love the new set Sooooo Cute!

  24. Chocolate angel food cake is my favorite right now. Yum…with some fresh berries and cool whip!

Thanks gor a great week. I am really looking forward to next month!

  25. When I first moved to the US, I lived in New York for 4 years, right around the corner from a little German bakery that served up the most amazing fudge cake. Since I had to pass it on my way to and from the subway I packed on quite a few pounds before I moved away. My first cake love will always and forevermore be chocolate with fudge frosting…

  26. Fabulous array of cards! Thanks to all the DT gals!
My favorite cake is one my Aunt Stella used to make for birthdays… chocolate cake with chocolate pudding between the layers, and frosted with whipped cream! Scrumptious!

  27. Wonderful cards by the DTs.. great job!..I don't have just one favourite.. almost all of them:)..but blackforest and pista flavours top my list:)..thanks for the chance to win..(keeping my fingers crossed:))

  28. My favorite cake is Dr. Pepper cake with a thin chocolate icing…mmmmmmmm. Year One is like chubby baby cheeks — you just want to pinch 'em and say, 'aahhhhh'. Another great set!

  29. my favourite cake? It's a tie between Strawberry Rhubarb coffee cake, and a homemade chocolate cake that my Mom made when she was alive.. it's not very tall, but dense and very moist…. perfect with chocolate Vienna Icing on it 🙂

  30. Love this mini set, you can never have too many birthday stamps! I love lots of different kinds of cake, but if I had to choose a favorite, it would probably be a basic yellow cake with milk chocolate frosting!

  31. Ooh this stamp set is SO cute! I'd have to say my all time favorite cake is a flourless chocolate cake with chocolate ganache frosting…who doesn't love a little chocolate?

  32. Looks like an awesome set, and I love what your designers have done with it! My favorite kind of cake is chocolate – with chocolate mousse filling, please. :p
Thanks for the chance to win!

  33. My favorite cake is carrot. Happy
1st year anniversary to Lawn Fawn!
What a great first year–I know you
will continue to have many more with
    your very creative company!!

  34. Yum, I love so many different cakes but my favorite is Red Velvet cake… try Paula Dean's recipe for it; it's marvelous!

  35. You can't beat pineapple upside-down cake! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. My next favorite is "wine cake" with golden sherry and nutmeg. Christmas would not be Christmas without it.

  36. My favorite cake is Birthday Cake! And since today is my birthday I've got one sitting in the other room waiting for me! Spring Party Chip with Yellow Party Chip frosting this year!

  37. Your stamps are so awesome! I love all the cards as well the design team does great! I have so many favorite cakes it is hard to break it down to one. I love chocolate with chocolate icing, but I could live without red velvet!! 🙂

  38. Cute stamp and another great video! My favourite cake is Queen Elizabeth cake (made with dates and a broiled brown sugar fudge, coconut and walnut topping). I'm not sure if this recipe is popular only in Canada or elsewhere too. 😉

  39. All of the new stamps are sooo cute. Thanks for the chance to win some fabulous Lawn Fawn stamps. I just realized that I not said Happy Birthday Lawn Fawn.

  40. I'm really old school so I'd have to say vanilla or yellow cake with chocolate or vanilla frosting is my all time favorite! I can eat it all day `=D Also, congrats on your one year anniversary!!!

  41. My favorite kind of birthday cake is anyone that is sitting on a plate in front of me! If it happens to be a white cake with cherry filling, well then woohoo for me!

  42. hmm… i love all kinds of cakes so it's hard to pick a favorite. tiramsu!!

that year one stamp is soo cute! congrats on hitting the year 1 mark!
