Hello! Today we have a card and a quick video! In the video we show how to fix a white gel pen mistake. Woo! I know I always need “oops” fixers!
Remember that we are looking for cards using our 9 new Summer releases for Flickr Friday next week. Add them to the Flickr group! We can’t wait to see them!
Here is the video! Watch it here or at our YouTube channel!
Thanks so much for watching!
I had a blast making this one layer card with Cruising Through Life and Bon Voyage! Colored pencils are just so much fun!

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,
This is stunning! I love the coloring on the kraft, my favorite!
This is such a cute card! I love the look of colored pencils, too. One of these days I'll have to get some. Thanks for the extra tip about the white gel pen, too! Unrounded corners sometimes haunt me too — and now I'll know how to fix them!
Great minds think alike…I just made a card very similar to this one to give to my hubby! I really love the Cruising through Life set, that beach cruiser bike is just too charming. Thanks for keeping me in inspiration and cute stamps!
Obsessing is good sometimes. Love how the choice of colored pencil coloring adds playfulness to the stamped images. Thanks for the video!
This card turned out so nice! Thanks for sharing the tip on correcting white gel-pen mistakes too =)
LOVE this one layer card! Super CUTE!! (=
Cute card and only one layer! I mess up often–maybe some of a stamp didn't transfer properly or something isn't perfectly spaced and I find since I have a pretty messy/fussy style that some distress ink often covers up or tricks the eye into seeing something more balanced when I have some of those mistakes. Of course if it isn't a single layer card, an extra image/embellishment, etc. could be added if necessary as well to cover the "blemish". Thanks for the tip about the white gel pen…very useful.
I LOVE this set and see now that the bike can be used for a "male" card as well BUT I think it would be groovy to have a future set that included some "manly" items that could be pieced into the basket on this bike. What items…I am not sure. But a couple of rolled newspapers come to mind or a six pack of bottled root beers or chinese food to go containers…LOL, sorry, have that on my mind right now.
Great one layer card! Thanks for the tip on scraping off pigment ink–that's awesome!
