resin and clay flowers card + video

Hello! I used Judy’s Blooms and Smitty’s ABCs to make this Mother’s Day card. I used this gorgeous sketch by Tiff!

I also made a video that I have been promising for a long time! I made a resin and clay flower video. I did the resin flowers for the first time ever on the video, so there are lots of mistakes! Haha! I tried alcohol inks and pigment ink reinkers to dye them. I plan to try other around-the-craft-room items like dye ink reinker, distress ink reinker and acrylic paint. I am having fun with my little science experiments! 🙂

You can watch the video here or at our YouTube channel!

Thanks so much for watching!
PS. The yellow flowers are hardening more over time and are no longer sticky. I think adding the pigment ink reinker just makes it take that much longer to harden!

I am just loving these sweet flowers! 🙂

Don’t forget that 20% of profits from go to the Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization from May 1st to May 7th!

Card stock: Neenah, Papertrey
Stamps: Lawn Fawn (judy’s blooms, smitty’s abcs)
Ink: Memento

Etc: Prismacolor pencils, Spellbinders dies, resin flower, MoldMuse molds

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,
