This card is just pure Summer fun using Admit One! Oh my, do I wish I had a cotton candy right now! 🙂 Julie used Helmar’s Quick Dry Adhesive for the fun flock on the cotton candy and to adhere the chipboard piece to the card. She used Zap Dots on the tickers and the adhesive runner for everything else!
