flying_by
Yainea‘s card is so sweet! I love the Upbeat patterned paper card base and her paper pieced Critters in the Forest trees. The coloring on the planes is fantastic, and that stitching is too cool!
linda.LF.Mar2012.cardB
Linda‘s card is so sweet! I love the way she added the heart from Love ‘n Breakfast and the way she left the hi off the sentiment and replaced it with the “I love you” in Love ‘n Breakfast. So cute!

Lynnette‘s cards are so fun and showcase really fun ways to use patterned paper! I love the way she has the trails starting on the very edge of the card and the Lawn Trimmings twine is the perfect finishing touch!
OwlPlane1_teri
Teri‘s scene is so cute! I just love the Flying By paper airplane flying over the Critters in the Forest owl and birds! Her paper piecing is so cool, and I just adore the little grass fringes she cut out!
FlyingBy-LeaLawson
Lea‘s card is clean and simple perfection! I love the way the kraft panel is popped up from that cool star patterned paper. The trail looks so cool coming from the button, and I love the cool Lawn Trimmings double bow behind the buttons, too!
FlyingByBunny
Chari‘s sky scene is so cute! Putting the clouds from Bon Voyage along the bottom is so cool, and I love the Chevron Backdrops stamped in them! The little bunny from Critters in the ‘Burbs looks so cute taking a ride in the plane!
LawnFawn-flyingby-latisha
Latisha‘s masculine card is awesome. I love how some planes are stamped directly on the base and some are popped up. The plane stamped off the side really makes it feel like the planes are flying in, and the diagonal sentiment strip is super cool!

Follow Your Dreams
Julie‘s card is so sweet! How cute is that stitching line and the paper pieced airplanes. The sentiment from Cruising Through Life looks so cute with the dotted trail coming off the “s”, and that cork is fabulous!

And now we have another awesome layout!
Good-Eats---Layout
Melissa M.‘s layout is so fun! I love the photos vertically like this. This is such a great idea for instagram photos! The Chevron Backdrops stamped circles are so awesome and look perfect with the Glass Half Full striped paper. I love how she mixed cut out letters with the sticker letters. The mix in textures is fun!
Make sure you click on each of the design team’s names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards. You will walk away inspired for sure!

  23. Such a cute stamp set that you can use for any occasion/theme! Let's see, where I traveled to last, I guess it was down to Lynchburg to visit family. BUT, we're taking a real trip this summer (without the kids!!!) to Hungary and Romania. Can't wait!

  24. I last traveled to Walt Disney World in Florida … three weeks ago! It was FABULOUS! And, I ran in the Princess Half-Marathon, my very first ever half-marathon. It was awesome and I had a great time, for a newbie. And, while there I also presented at an International Social Studies conference at the University of Central Florida. Overall, a fabulous trip!

  32. A couple weeks ago, my husband and I headed out to do a (looong overdue) day road trip to Havasu. It was gorgeous weather and we made great time. There were some kids for spring break with their boats, partying as always. We walked through a bit to watch, but the BEST part was in the wildlife preserve. We stood on a dock looking out over the lake at sunset. Gorgeous colors, quiet except for the birds and an occasional boat. Just perfectly serene.

  33. As the mom of 4 boys I sure have seen a lot of paper airplanes!
We don't travel much so the last place was probably a family reunion in a neighboring state.

  34. My hubby and I drove up to Oregon for the first time. We had such a great trip–so green. The first card you showed makes me want to go camping even more than I already did!! We camp at least once a year. We camped all the way up to, and home from, Oregon.

  37. We just moved to the Bay Area so we've "traveled" to San Francisco a couple weeks ago to tour our new area.

I wonder if you could combine Schoolhouse Backdrops and make it look like the ones you made in school with notebook paper.

  38. Last Saturday, my parents and I went to San Francisco, which is only a couple hours drive away from home. We saw the Maharaja exhibit at the Asian Art Museum, because we're Indian and I wanted to learn more about the artwork of my culture. Afterward, we had Thai food for lunch. Although it was a rainy day, we had fun and got to experience vibrant colors and flavors. 🙂

  39. Oh vacations and travel how I miss you so! As a Floridian I'll have the most common answer amongst us Floridians, lol. Disney World is the last place I traveled to.
