Lynnette has made the most gorgeous set of cards using Grand Greetings and Bright Side paper. This would be gorgeous to give as a gift or to keep to send out for different occasions. These sentiments look so great heat embossed in white!
(You can see them all on her blog!)

Chari‘s card is so happy! I just love that patterned paper quilt! The Blissful Botanicals butterfly is a great addition, and the three gems frame the sentiment perfectly! I just love how they fill the white space above the hello!

Linda‘s card is so sweet! How gorgeous is that trail of patterned paper hearts?! I love the bold black sentiment on the kraft card stock. I think this card idea would be great with other shapes like stars, too!
SendingLove_teri
Teri‘s card is so fun! She actually used a real air mail envelope! I love it! She then embellished it with stamps from You’ve Got Mail and created a custom sentiment using Claire’s ABCs and part of the sentiment from You’ve Got Mail. So cool!
Happy For You
Julie‘s card is so gorgeous! I love the sentiment stamped across the subtle patterned paper, and the way the stork’s bundle from Plus One is paper pieced with that same patterned paper. I also love the way the stork seems to be flying from the sentiment and those two cute buttons, too!

Latisha‘s card is so cute! I love that kraft flagged banner for the sentiment. I also love her tone on tone stamping. The single strip of Chevron Backdrops looks awesome, and I love how she used the pancake heart from Love ‘n Breakfast as just a standard heart. It looks so cool!

Yainea‘s tag is so sweet! I love how she used the swirls in the set for waves, and her paper pieced Critters in the Sea turtle is too cute! The Grand Greetings sentiment looks so cool cut out and popped up, too! Yainea used Worn Lipstick distress ink to dye the natural Lawn Trimmings, and it perfectly matched the coral in the Bright Side collection! Awesome!

Teri‘s scene is so cute! I just love the Flying By paper airplane flying over the Critters in the Forest owl and birds! Her paper piecing is so cool, and I just adore the little grass fringes she cut out!
FlyingBy-LeaLawson
Lea‘s card is clean and simple perfection! I love the way the kraft panel is popped up from that cool star patterned paper. The trail looks so cool coming from the button, and I love the cool Lawn Trimmings double bow behind the buttons, too!

LawnFawn-flyingby-latisha
Latisha‘s masculine card is awesome. I love how some planes are stamped directly on the base and some are popped up. The plane stamped off the side really makes it feel like the planes are flying in, and the diagonal sentiment strip is super cool!

Follow Your Dreams
Julie‘s card is so sweet! How cute is that stitching line and the paper pieced airplanes. The sentiment from Cruising Through Life looks so cute with the dotted trail coming off the “s”, and that cork is fabulous!

And now we have another awesome layout!
Good-Eats---Layout
Melissa M.‘s layout is so fun! I love the photos vertically like this. This is such a great idea for instagram photos! The Chevron Backdrops stamped circles are so awesome and look perfect with the Glass Half Full striped paper. I love how she mixed cut out letters with the sticker letters. The mix in textures is fun!

Lawn Fawn look: “Bright Side”

Hello and welcome to the first post of Lawn Fawn’s March inspiration week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring three stamp sets and our paper line Bright Side, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

We already have two places you can leave comments to win:
Our big giveaway post!!

AND today’s post too! 🙂

Today is another look at “Bright Side“, and we have some seriously gorgeous layouts today!   We also have a little video on the bottom showcasing our Lawn Trimmings cord and fun ways to dye it!

We also a fun treat today as the absolutely spectacular Amy Heller is guest designing for us today!

Hi everyone! It’s Amy Heller here today I’m so excited to be guesting for Lawn Fawn today! A little about me:

I was introduced to scrapping in 2004, like many scrappers, from an in-home party. But I didn’t scrap with real consistency until 2008, once my kids were a bit older and out of their infancy stages. 🙂 As a graphic designer by profession, this hobby has brought me back to the fundamental reasons why I fell in love with design in the first place : paper, color, letter form and layout. My style has, of course, evolved from those early days. Now I would definitely say that I have a fun, cheerful, colorful and whimsical style. I LOVE to layer pattern, color and texture (especially with buttons, ribbon and sewing). I think it’s safe to say that I love to embellish on my work. 🙂 I currently design for American Crafts, October Afternoon, and am a Garden Girl for Two Peas in a Bucket. I’ve been fortunate to have had my work published in several magazines ranging from Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Trends, CARDS, Paper Crafts as well as Scrapbooks and Cards Today. I am from the beautiful state of Washington, but I currently live in a small quintessential New England town in Connecticut with my awesome husband of 12 years, our daughter, 9, and our son who nearly 6.

Thank you so much for joining us today, Amy!

Amy‘s layout is one of those layouts that makes my jaw drop! I just love how she used Flutter By and paper piecing to create a gorgeous garden! The Lawn Trimmings twine looks amazing as the butterfly bodies, and the buttons look so cute on the flowers. I also adore how she tied the twine around the photos, too. The Bright Side stickers look fantastic with the mixed sized title. Thank you so much for the inspiration, Amy!
TiffanyMarchLO
Tiffany‘s layout of her new baby girl is just perfect! How amazing are those flowers?! I love the Silver Lining chevron paper as the sky and her photos are just adorable! I just had to get a Lawn Fawn onesie made for our new little Fawnie and I think she looks adorable in it! 🙂 The Lawn Trimmings twine looks great as the clothesline, too!

Melissa S.‘s layout is so fun! I adore the strips on the sides of the layouts, and her custom cut titles are so cool! What a fun way to do a list of nicknames! Critters Ever After is the perfect set because Melissa’s cat’s name is Griffin! She also cut one of the cards out of our Happy Thoughts paper for journaling. Perfect!
Sweet-Sammers---Layout
Melissa M.‘s layout is so fun. How cool are those circles?! I just love the pennants coming down, too. This is such a create go to layout! It is great how she picked out the kraft, teals and greys for her layout. It is a really fun color combo. Combining Claire’s ABCs with the Bright Side stickers is perfect because they are the same font!
BestTrip_0312
Kim‘s layout is so fun! I just love the Jump For Joy kraft paper as a background. The frames cut from patterned paper around the photos looks awesome, and I just love the way that Kim layered all of the strips. It looks as fun as her trip was! 🙂
linda.LF.Mar2012.A
Linda’s layout is so clever! I just love the way she cut titles out in the Say Cheese polaroids and then layered the 6×6 papers behind it. So cool! The pennants were also done from the 6×6 papers which shows how fun these are to use on layouts. I also just love the airmail strips from You’ve Got Mail around the journaling. Perfect!
