Latisha‘s card is so sweet! She used Pink Lemonade papers and stickers and our new Hearts Lawn Cuts dies. I love the way she layered them and the Pink Lemonade Lawn Trimmings bow in the center!

Chari‘s notebooks are so awesome, and I just love this one with the Happily Ever After dress paper pieced with Daphne’s Closet. The Pink Lemonade Lawn Trimmings bow finishes it off perfectly!

Kim‘s layout is so fun! I love how she used the A Birdie Told Me dies on the Daphne’s Closet papers. That is such a fun way to make your own coordinating embellishments!
(edited to add: This layout was created before yesterday’s tragic events. We just wanted to say that we are sending so much love to Boston. We are thinking of you.)

Melissa M.‘s layout is so fun! I love those layered flagged banners and the way she created her own patterned paper with the A Birdie Told Me stamps. Her digitally cut large title is so cool!

Yainea combined both Daphne’s Closet and Pink Lemonade to create an ombre look! I love how she cut out the jars and stamped them with Year Three. The Lawn Trimmings looks so good around the jar!

  12. What gorgeous papers!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! I love both of these collections, and can't wait to start creating with them 🙂 THANKS too for the incredible inspiration, and of course the tribute to Boston and all the amazing people there. So sorry about the tragedy, but so invigorated to see our national and local responses and heros that have helped alleviate the situation. My heart goes out to all affected people. Hug your loved ones!

  13. Of course I love everything but the card with the dress on the hanger is smashing! I also am getting inspiration from the scrapbook layouts as I really want to do layouts using my favorite stamps -Lawn Fawn!!

  14. Thanks for your comment, Angie. Have you ever tried joining a critique group? I'm not sure where you're writing from but there are lots of SCBWI critique groups all around the world, and there are lots of online ones, too. Sometimes you can just get too close to something and it's hard to see where to go with it whereas a fresh pair of eyes can come up with something really useful… Good luck, Clare.
Thanks for the post, Kyra, and best of luck with Strength Carrie — I've been hearing great things about it.
