Lawn Fawn Intro: Birthday Tags

Hello and welcome to the third post of Lawn Fawn’s March inspiration week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring five stamp sets, dies and the Let’s Polka paper collection, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration!

AND today’s post too! 🙂


Today is our showcase of Birthday Tags. This 4×6″ stamp set is perfect for making tags and coordinates with our die set, Tag, You’re It! We also have a little video on the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using the set!

Nichol‘s tags are adorable! I love how she layered vellum over the Let’s Polka papers. Birthday Tags works really well with our other sets, too!

I love how Elena put the Birthday Tags sentiment in the Critters from the Past dino! 12×12 papers also make great wrapping paper!

Yainea‘s tags are incredible! I love how she die cut circles and stars out of the center. It shows off her yummy cookies! The double stamping with white and a color behind it on the sentiment looks amazing, too!

  3. Fantastic DT samples and awesome tag video, Kelly Marie! My favorite birthday present was given to me just last week. My husband surprised me with a long weekend trip to New Orleans! And not only that…but on our first night there we were sitting in the hotel bar and two of my closest friends walked in! They flew in from San Diego to celebrate with us!!!!! It was AMAZING!

  4. My favorite birthday gift was the matching bracelet and earrings that my daughter made for me with her dad. They had seen a set that was out her budget so she decided to make it instead. Dad helped with measuring and cutting of wires. It is something I still wear and smile at when I think of them working together on it for me.

  5. For my 18th birthday (the legal age top drink in Aus) my mother decorate a bucket for me to be my spew bucket compete with smiley face inside and hair ties attached ready to tie back my hair.

  8. I love these tags and that they co-ordinate with the Christmas set too. The To, from and love are in different fonts on both, giving great options to create something unique. My favorite birthday presents are the hand made cards my little one makes me every year 🙂

  12. I love the tags on the cards – it looks so effective! My favourite birthday present was a Who magazine subscription. I loved getting a new magazine every week, it was such a treat.

  14. Thanks for all of the creative and inspiring design team samples! I think one of my favorite birthday gifts was when a bunch of my friends combined funds to buy me a gift certificate to a local spa…it was so fun to be pampered!

    One of my favorite birthday gifts has been the Snoopy collection of stationary in my kid age because that is when I started to become the fan of Snoopy!

  27. When I turned 28 I got engaged with my husband and got a beautiful engagement ring, that must be one of my best birthday presents. Love all the work!

  29. All of these tags are just the cutest!! Love Yainea's cut out tags!! My favorite gift that comes to mind is all the scrapbook supplies my husband bought me one year, along with a new tote too!!

  33. My favourite birthday gift has to be a lovely little jewelry box that my grandma gave me. It plays music from The Phantom of the Opera. The best part of it was how obviously excited she was to give it to me. 🙂

  38. my favorite birthday gift was a perfectly round tennis ball cake that someone made for me "homemade!" it was fantastic and such a great surprise! The new products are equally wonderful! Love, love, love!

  39. My favorite birthday present was when I was little…. I wanted the game hungry hungry hippos and my parents got it for me. (Such a little wish, but I wanted it so bad and still remember the day!)

    I love all the tags that were made! I need to get out my vellum paper I haven't used in years!

  43. Oooh I love all the projects and tags! We have a birthday party to go to and I just said to myself that I need a good set if tag stamps and dies…and this is it!! Love it! My best birthday gift was getting my Silhouette cameo..I haven't used it in a while, but I love having it!!

  44. Cute, cute, cute! I love this set! My best birthday present on my 48th birthday. My dad had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and this would be the last of my birthdays we would have together. It was truly a blessed day.

  47. What a very cute set!! My favorite and best present so far is a couple of years ago my husband bought me a Airbrush gun and kit for my birthday. So I could finish decorating a cake for some children for their birthday's that live in a homeless shelter.

My favorite birthday present was from my kiddies.,years ago.To take a look on it,I had to go upstairs to the top of the house.Then I toke a look out of the window and must keep smiling.My kiddies have collected many many white stones and with them they wrote Happy 40.   55. These tags are adorable! I might have to invest in the die set! I don't remember a lot of my birthdays as a kid, but as an adult, my favorite birthday gift was a pair of beautiful peridot earrings from my husband. How sweet!

  56. My husband bought me a lovely print yesterday for my birthday which is in a few days time, I like that we are getting older together and buying 'grown up' gifts like art rather than the cds and dvds of our youth

  65. Favorite birthday gift was a birthday card given to me by my husband that was themed Sleepless in Seattle that when you opened played "As Time Goes By" by Jimmy Durante. Which is my favorite movie!

  71. This set is so adorable, well everything is, but I love the cheeriness of it! I also love how everything coordinates with each other! I'd have to say that I got tickets for my birthday, which just passed, to see Lady Antebellum. They are my favorite group!

  72. One of my favorite birthday gifts was a surprise planned dinner and movie with my hubby! It was a big deal that he planned it all on his own. I was very impressed!

  74. I shared my birthday with my Grandmother. Every year she would give me a bouquet of "snowball" flowers. They are a type of viburnum. She's been gone about 20 years now, and I still miss her and those gorgeous snowballs. I planted a snowball bush in her honor a few years ago. It is finally blooming!

    My favorite birthday gift was a birthstone ring my Mom got for me many, many years ago. I still have it. Aquamarine stone for March. And today is my birthday!

  76. During my first pregnancy I was having some issues with bleeding early on, right around my birthday. My doctor did a sonogram and not only did he tell me that the pregnancy looked good and was progressing well, but I was also having TWINS!! BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER!!! (Plus they were boy/girl twins, so I got one of each!)

  79. One of the best birthday gifts I ever received was a huge set of Prismacolor pencils for my crafting~ But even better than the actual colored pencils (which are awesome) is what it symbolized – support from my hubby of my crafting hobby. <3

  81. My favorite b-day gift would be my snow cone machine! I am truly a kid a heart, and my oldest son remembered that it was on my Christmas list but I didn't get it. So he offered to split the cost with my husband to surprise me, how sweet he is!!

    My favorite birthday present is my son. I went in labor with him late at night on my birthday, and he was born the morning after. 🙂

  93. When Ii was in University in Toronto, my now hubby was attending Penn State University in Pennsylvania! A long distance romance, on my 20th birthday, the doorbell rang and when I opened the door he was standing there. He flew home to take me out to dinner! Best gift ever!! Love these new tags.

  100. I love making tags! And I love thinking of new ways to use them! One of my favorite birthday gifts was a surprise picnic by Lake Superior with friends. It rained a little when we started so we keep dry in a pavilion, but it was so thoughtful and sweet so share with my friends and family!

  121. My favorite birthday gift ever was my tenth birthday: we went to Disneyland shortly after my birthday so my mom told me I wasn't going to get a lot of presents but I did get a Caboodle! I was so excited and I still have it to this day! (More years later than I would like to admit…)

  147. As a kid, I can't remember what age I was, but it was when I was interested in clothing for the first time. I asked for yellow clothes and got several short and shirt sets that were yellow and was really happy.

  182. I'm not a tag person normally, but these are so cute, that may change. I love how the tag was incorporated into the card! This is another easy one…my birthday is March 25th and my sweet little granddaughter, Samantha, was born on the 26th and I was allowed in the room during her birth. My most precious birthday gift ever!!!!

  194. One of my favorite birthday gifts was a beach trip in high school. It was just me, my mom, my sister, and my best friend. We hung out, ate yummy food, and even rode one of those four person bikes. Great memories.

  196. first year dating my now husband. He got me some weights I wanted and wrapped it all in TIGGER paper which he knew I loved. The fact that he used that paper told meant so much. so sweet! love the tags!
