Lawn Fawn Intro: Puffy Cloud Borders and Rainbow

Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s Summer 2015 Release and Inspiration Week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring 4 stamp sets and 5 dies! 
These products will be available on June 4th!  Until then we will have fun posts with design team projects and giveaways!

Today is our showcase of Puffy Cloud Borders and Rainbow dies!
 The design team has made the most amazing samples!

We also have a little video on the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using these dies!

Chari‘s sweet card reminds me of My Little Pony! I love the Critters Ever After unicorn in the pastel Puffy Clouds!

Lynnette used the cloud dies that coordinate with Sunny Skies to anchor the colorful Rainbow die cut! I love the beautiful cloudy sky she created for the background!

Yainea used Starry Backdrops and Puffy Cloud Borders in rich colors to create her beautiful night sky scene. I love the white embossed sentiment from Lucky Stars on the vellum circle!

I just love the bright pastel rainbow that Chari created for this beautiful card! The sun from Spring Showers and the sentiment from Summertime Charm are perfect additions!

Puffy Cloud Borders and the Rainbow die are a perfect combination on Kristin‘s pretty card! I love how she layered the new Thinking About You Border on the layers of clouds!

  6. The unicorn card is sooooo cute! The cloud dies would make a great addition to my die collection 🙂 my fave summer activity would be enjoying the slower paced life the summer brings. I don't have to run around like a crazy woman like I do during the school year.

  9. Wow, I need that rainbow die so bad, it's so neat! My favorite summer activity would probably be going down to the summer house, raiding the library for good reads and then relax in the shadows just reading non-stop! Maybe a snack pause enjoying my mom's homemade cinnamon buns with a glass of cold milk 😉

    Here in Iceland, with our short summer, I love to go hiking during the summertime.
    In my family we often rent a summerhouse in the country in a beautiful landscape and
    stay there for a week or two.

  13. I love this part of the release as it can be used with so many of the existing Lawn Fawn sets! 🙂 Plus, you can never go wrong with clouds and rainbows on a card!

    My favorite summer activity teaching at Vacation Bible School and going to theme parks (as crazily crowded as they are) Woohoo! 🙂

  35. My favorite summer activity is going on outings with the family whether it's just to the park or a museum or other attraction. Things just seem more relaxed in the summer and we can work more of those occasions into the schedule.

  38. I think my favorite activity during the summer is getting to sleep in late every day if I want! Being able to roll out of bed later feel so decadent! I love these new dies, they will make scenes so easy!

  40. These are both a must have… And I can see so many ways of using them, and just like Chari, the first thing I thought about was combining them with the Critters Ever After. Amazing work from the DT! My favourite summer activity is pottering around in the garden watching how everything is growing and fruit and berries are ripening.

  41. I live in the desert, so the summer is usually spent indoors making cards! The winter is when we do all those fun outdoor activities. I live a very backwards life!

    I'm absolutely loving the cloud die!

  42. Loving these new products! I'm a cool-weather gal so I tend to be a bit of a summer hermit crafting and reading. My kiddos love to be outside so it's a compromise for sure!

  43. These new dies are awesome!! I actually hate the summer heat, so I usually like to stay indoors working on crafty projects or catching up on my reading list.

  44. One of my favorite summer activities is grilling out on the back porch with family and friends. We get an amazing cross-breeze on the porch so it's comfortable, warm, and delicious!

  45. I'm an 80's girl too. LOVE the rainbow!! I had a rainbow sweater in 8th and rainbow headband! Can't wait to swim in our pool this summer… only a couple days left of school! great release!

  55. Chari's card TOTALLY reminded me of My Little Pony too! That unicorn looks so sweet on top of all those puffy stitched clouds (LOVE that die BTW). I used to LOVE to lie out and tan in the summer, but I don't do that anymore since I know how bad it is for me. Except we get to do it in the warm sunshine 🙂 I especially look forward to the Mammoth Lakes trial in August… a beautiful setting, dogs, and great people. Can't beat it!

  65. Oh my, I just love that rainbow. Great to have the cloud dies in different scales for different size projects. My favorite summer activity is traveling to visit all five of our children and their families. Three live in Michigan and two live in N. Carolina. It will be a particularly wonderful visit to see our son, as he is returning soon from a months long Marine deployment.

  67. I forgot to say that my fave summer activity is bird watching from my back deck! 🙂 We get all sorts of different birds in the summer. My faves are the hummingbirds and gold finches. And also the wood peckers, but they stay all year round.

  80. I wish I had those dies about a year ago! My friend lost her Cat and I wanted to do a sympathy card with rainbow bridge poem. I hand cut clouds and used the stacked circle dies with colored cardstock to get the rainbow. It was time consuming and the rainbow was a bit to much of a half circle but it worked and my friend loved it.

I adore the rainbow, I've just been in Ireland and saw some wonderful rainbows, my favourite summer activity depends, if I'm at home I love gardening, if I'm on holiday I love paddling in the sea, I had to move with work and for the first time in 20 years I've moved away from the sea so a paddle is now limited to holidays

  85. Loving the puffy clouds die. Those just add so much to the cards, especially with the stitching around the edges. My favorite summer activity is sitting on my porch swing sipping some lemonade! Nice and relaxing and refreshing!

  86. This is making me want to buy a big shot or something similar and I have a cricut explore already!! My fav summer activity is anything that involves my 19 month old son. Last summer he was too young to really do anything but this summer will be a blast! So far our fav activity is playing in the sprinkler!
