Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s Summer 2016 Inspiration and Release Week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring 5 stamp sets, 10 standalone dies and 3 new ink pads with reinkers!
All of our Summer 2016 products will be available on May 19th! Until then we will have fun posts with design team projects, intro videos with Kelly and giveaways!

Today is our showcase of 5 new Lawn Cuts die sets; Make Me Smile, Sun and Moon, Simple Puffy Clouds, Simple Puffy Cloud Frames and Shooting Star!

I love how the Simple Puffy Clouds look layered with the Simple Puffy Cloud Frames on this sweet and simple card by Lynnette! She added the cute faces using Make Me Smile!

This card by Latisha totally makes me smile! She created this happy color scheme by combining Sunflower, Guava and Peacock cardstock die cut with Shooting Star and Make Me Smile! The “happy” sentiment is from the new set Big Scripty Words!

I love Yainea‘s super cute and happy shower card! She combined Simple Puffy Clouds with Make Smile and added raindrops from Hello Baby double-stamped with Peacock and Yeti ink.

Wow, Chari created a gorgeous inky night sky as the perfect backdrop for Simple Puffy Clouds, the moon from Sun and Moon and the “sparkles” from Shooting Star! I love the custom sentiment using Scripty Love and Sally’s ABCs!

 Our new Shooting Star die set looks great with our cute jackalope from Believe in Yourself! I love how Kristin used a black and white color combo to let the star and trail be the colorful focal point!

I love how Jessica used the Simple Puffy Clouds to stamp the greeting on her super cute and colorful card! She also used the new Sun and Moon Lawn Cuts set and Grassy Hillside Borders with the cute critter from Believe in Yourself!

Simple Puffy Clouds and Make Me Smile add super cute detail to a fun Yay, Kites! card!

I prefer sunrises, as I see some pretty fabulous ones when going to work early, although the sunsets at the back of our house over the fields can be rather spectacular as well…

  16. def. Sunset! Here on Guam (tropical island in the pacific, US military base), we have Gorgeous sunset everyday!! That's something I loooove about living here. Anyways, those Make me smile dies are Super duper cute!

  54. Such happy puffy clouds. 🙂 I love sunrises when I'm at the beach and the sun is rising above the water, but I live in Texas and we have the prettiest sunset. So I guess I didn't really answer the questions, but the cards and new products are darling. 🙂

  64. I'm not a morning person but work at 4:30 am (the moon is usually still out). Seeing the sun just peeking behind the bluffs energizes me. There is nothing that can beat a northern sunset with the promise of northern lights.

  84. Love the new dies! I like sunrises as I tend to fall asleep too quickly to see a great sunset followed by stargazing. Both are beautiful, though, and I love to created both on my cards.

  121. SO CRaZY cute!!!! Sunsets or sunrises….hmm…I like both. But I think I like sunrises best because I'm usually by myself when I see one and the world is so quiet, and it feels like it's just God and me.

  133. I'm going to have to say I prefer sunsets to sunrises. There's just nothing like ending a stressful or hectic day with a beautiful and calming sunset. Creating with lawn fawn products does the trick too 🙂

  134. I love sunrises because I love to see the light as it chases away the darkness and it is just a great time to take photographs. But – I do like sunsets out on the ocean to see if I can see that flash that happens as the sun sets.

  146. I am not a morning person. I work best in the late afternoon/evening.
    I guess I'd prefer sunsets – I don't want to be up to see a sunrise.

  150. I love sunsets….. I live by the beach and love taking long walks and watching the sunset. Watching the sunset takes all of the worries and stresses of day and just washes them away. Love these sets!

  155. Such cute projects!!! And I love these sets today because they have significant meaning to me…. Every single night before my daughter goes off to bed, I tell her that I love her to the moon and back… it is something that has been shared between us for years now (she is going on 13) and it is very meaningful to the both of us. I could just see the beautiful keepsakes I can make her with these stamps! So loving them!!! And as for me, either would be equally beautiful. I have been awake in the early mornings to watch the sunrise over the ocean….and I have also seen the beautiful sunsets over the ocean and bay. It's gorgeous.

  253. I really can't decide. For now, I perfer sunsets, because it is easier to see them (I'm not always up before the sun). But at the same time, I have some pretty good memories of waking up early to watch the sunrise with my parents when I was younger… So I guess it just depends on what point in my life, and what time I woke up. 🙂

But I also enjoy opening my eyes in the morning and seeing the sun shining through my east facing window in the bedroom.

  404. Living on the east coast of Florida we have sunrises. I have come to love those more because of the solitude in which you can appreciate the sunrising up out of the ocean. It is usually my husband and I along with a BIG cup of coffee! Awesomedies….I need every stinkin' one of them…lol

  487. Now that is a tough question! I love the colors of the sunset, but absolutely love the feeling of new life that the sunrise brings…..along with the chirping birds singing good morning!
