A Fairy Friends Pop-up Card by Nancy

Today we have a project from another Fawnie who works behind the scenes here at Lawn Fawn HQ! Nancy created a special pop-up card for her granddaughter’s first birthday!

Nancy die cut Finley’s ABCs from glitter paper to personalize the front of the pop-up card! The label from the Small Stitched Envelope die set is attached to a colorful ribbon to hold the card closed.

Nancy die cut all the elements for the scenery from watercolor paper. She used an ink blending tool with Lawn Fawn Jalapeno ink and some Distress inks to create a colorful fairy-land! All the cute images were colored with Copic markers.

This happy Fairy Friends scene has lots of dimension from Stitched Hillside Pop-up.

Thanks so much for sharing with us today, Nancy!

Thank you so much for visiting!
Have an amazing day,

  1. I'm glad you gave us an example of a pop up card. I struggle with what to do on the outside of the card when the inside is going to be so decorated. Making the outside more about words makes a lot of sense and is pretty 😉 Nicely done!

  2. What an adorable card! I know at 1 years old the baby won't appreciate the card but the parents will. I am betting that the parents will save the card so when the little one is older she can see the beautiful card she got when she was 1. I love all the dimensions and colors in the card too.
