Now, on to some beautiful Christmas inspiration!

Elise created a brilliant letter-press style card using Scripty Merry and Large Wreath dies to create the de-bossed design with Wild Rose and Freshly Cut Grass ink. I love how she white heat-embossed the additional greeting on Black Licorice cardstock to make it pop!

Elise learned this easy technique for using die cuts to create colorful letter-press designs by watching a video by Jennifer McGuire. You can find it HERE.

Audrey created an adorable Christmas card, perfect for a child or anyone young at heart! She used our new RAWR mini set that just released yesterday and combined it with fun holiday images from Baaah Humbug! Then she included the perfect sentiment fusion with RAWR and Merry Messages!

And now we have a gorgeous Winter Village card by Lynnette! Her stunning clean and simple design features awesome Copic coloring and sweet glittery details! I love how she stamped the greeting in 2 ink colors to add to the whimsy of this special card!

  1. The letterpress makes a very simple design look so elegant. The dinosaur totally cracks me up, and the photo of the last one catches the light just perfectly to make the card look like it is actually lit with lights! Way to go!! Thank you.

  2. Beautiful cards – love the clean, crisp look of the first one and the liitle houses and trees on the third. And the dinosaur is the cutest little thing.

  3. Three beautiful cards ! Elise's card is really interesting, de-bossing with ink…. I will surely try to recreate something similar. Thank you for the inspiration.

  4. Aawwww, what sweet cards. These are all great, love the letter press look on card #1 and I am a huge fan of any card made with kraft/white and Lynnette's scene is beautiful and I love the sparkle. All are fantastic!

  5. Three stunning cards, love the merry card as its bright, happy, cheerful, really funky. The dinosaur card is so yummy, he's a gorgeous little dino in his scarf so happy & the last card with houses is a lovely modern, bright, family our house to your house type of card, all stunning x

  6. I love all these cards, but I feel like everyone's said everything there is to say! The letterpress is a gorgeous CAS design; the dino is adorable, and I love how the gel pen details really make his belly look chubby; and the village scene is so sweet and peaceful with the perfect touch of glitter. Thank you everyone for sharing your ideas and thank you Lawn Fawn for being so generous in sponsoring Taheerah's advent calendar!

  7. A trio of fabulous cards, ranging from classy to whimsical (how seriously cute is that dinosaur!). The village, especially, has captured my heart; a warm, welcoming place to live! The little blue house would suit me just fine; I'm sure it has a craft room *grin*! Thank you for being both a sponsor and source of awesome inspiration for Taheerah's Advent Extravaganza!

  8. I love all three cards! The dinosaur one is just adorable, the letter press is amazing, and the village one is so cute! So much inspiration!! Cuteness overload!!

  9. What awesome cards! Audrey's dinosaur card made me smile so much! The little village made me want to travel to a snowy village for Christmas (I'm in the searing heat of Queensland). Elise's letterpress style card is so elegant and CASilicious. 🙂

  10. I love the embossed Merry Christmas card. I had no idea that embossing powder and die cut words would produce the look that it did. Beautiful! Love all of the Christmas cards that your designers have shared with us. Merry Christmas to you. Smile BIG! 🙂

  11. Love that you are part of this amazing event. All of the cards are inspiring in their own way. I love the simplicity of the debossed card, the cute & colourful little dino, and the colours and sparkle on the last card.

  12. Three wonderful cards by these ladies and each one brings some awesome inspiration!! Love the letterpress look and how this card is simple yet so striking with the bold red merry against the white. Love it!! I continue to think that little RAWR dinosaur is just so cute and the background of falling snow is beautiful. And the last card is another simple but stunning card!! The background is blended perfectly, it's coloured beautifully but it's the hint of glitter that tops it off!! The way the photo is taken is amazing as it looks like there's actual lights on in the windows and on the christmas trees. So beautiful!! Thanks, Lawn Fawn, for being part of Taheera's Advent Calendar Extravaganza!!

  13. Just love Lawn Fawn – really like all these cards; the Dino card is so cute, but I love the simplicity of the first Merry card and Winter Village card is awesome! TFS!

  14. Wow, you had time to create 3 cards! I am amazed and I don't amaze easily, but wait, maybe I do! LOL The first card is a simple card but it's not a simple card. I don't have a die cutter so I can't even begin to make a card like that bit you can and you did! The Dino card is so adorable and I am loving those snowflakes and the colors. That village card is so adorable and colorful and sparkly! I love all 3 and I thank you for showing them to us. I love seeing what other people create and do with their stamps. Thanks for showing us your adorable cards and for giving us the chance to win something. I see some things that I want when I win!

  15. Just love that letter press technique! It's beautiful. I just have to figure out how to do it with the Gemini! The cute little dinosaur is adorable with the string of lights! And my favorite is the quaint little village with the word joy coming from the chimney!! Thanks for sharing ladies!! Merry Christmas!!

  16. What a cute batch of cards! I hope you do a translation sentiment ("x means I love you in x") for a wide variety of critters!! Thanks for sponsoring this fun event!

  17. Definitely a creative mix to put dinosaur on a Christmas card – – good use of a combination of stamp sets. I also like how the "JOY" appears as smoke coming out of the third card's house chimney.

  18. I am new to Lawn Fawn, having just discovered it. I'm a big fan of what I see so far, and the videos shared are top-notch. I look forward to purchasing more of your products and really need to learn the letter press technique. Thank you so much for sharing these great cards.

  19. Elise, Audrey and Lynnette nailed it with their beautiful works of art. That letterpress style has become so popular and classy. All three cards are fabulous! Thanks for sponsoring the Extravaganza!
