Woohoo!

We already have two places you can leave comments to win:
Our Big Giveaway Post!
Our Oh Gnome!, Mushroom House + Mushroom Border post!
AND today’s post too!

Today is our showcase of Magic Picture Changer and Magic Picture Changer Add-On! With this set of dies you can create a picture that “magically” changes when you pull the tab! This optional add-on to Magic Picture Changer creates a large stitched frame to layer on top of your picture changer. It also includes a second style of pull-tab! The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end showcasing some fun ways of using these fun new sets!

Megan combined our new Magic Picture Changer with Get Well Before ‘n Afters, a companion stamp set! The first picture has our little turtle not feeling so hot…

…as you pull the tab, the picture begins to change…

…and soon our little critter cutie is all smiles!

Elena‘s sweet little scene combines the adorable bear from Butterfly Kisses with little chicks from Eggstra Amazing Easter! As the tab is pulled our scene changes with the addition of a little accessory from Dad + Me, try not to giggle when the new picture emerges!

Audrey used the Magic Picture Changer Add-On and another new companion set, Rain or Shine Before ‘n Afters with pretty rainbow papers and a Fancy Wavy Banner! This thank you card is so cheerful!

The sentiment from Color My World works so well as the alternate picture!

Kay created a sweet Easter design with Spring Fling papers and a cute bunny from Eggstra Amazing Easter!

The alternate picture is a fun curved sentiment from Reveal Wheel Spring Sentiments!

Our new RAWRSOME set is Melissa‘s choice for creating a changing picture card! She die cut the mountain tops from Stitched Mountain Borders from Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock and colored them with Copic markers to look like lava! So clever! I have a feeling this dinosaur party is about to be interrupted!

Megan‘s Magic Picture Changer card is so cute and fun! She used our new Year Nine taco to help the Screen Time kids celebrate a birthday!

Apparently the happy taco was on the birthday party menu!

Elise used the Eggstra Amazing Easter critters to create a thank you card with a greeting that changes! She stamped the message with Riley’s ABCs. This pretty little vignette includes butterflies, flowers and clouds from Butterfly Kisses!

Lynnette added “A Little Sparkle” to her Magic Picture Changer birthday card! She used Really Rainbow Scallops papers and a combination of Simple Puffy Clouds and Simple Puffy Cloud Frames. Happy Birthday Line Border adds the cheery greeting!

Our Hay There goat is feeling baaaad with a bump on his head, so Megan gathered his barnyard buddies to cheer him up! It must have worked because when the tab is pulled, Mr Goat is looking good!

Jenn shows how fun it is to create a changing picture card with Butterfly Kisses! Our earnest fox is trying to catch that pink butterfly and he finally catches up with it!

Nichol created a birthday card with a clever Year Eight changing picture! I love how she stamped and colored the background and added delicious props from Let’s Roll!

Now, I have a video for you introducing Magic Picture Changer and Magic Picture Changer Add-On sharing some fun things you can do with this set. I hope you enjoy it! Watch it below or click HERE to watch it at our You Tube channel.

  1. Not sure how I would use the magic picture changer, maybe from a single (lonely) critter to a critter with a friend/family member and a sentiment about how life is better with friends. THe team provided a lot of good ideas how to use it today in any case!

  2. Looking forward to getting to use this Magic Picture Changer the ideas are just popping into my head. Love all the great ideas your team came up with.

  3. I just love the Magic Picture Changer set. You guys are amazing. What an idea.
I’m thinking to use stove from “The sprinkled with Joy” set, first with no cookies in the owen and than with baked cookies or a set “Here We go a-Waddling”, the pinguins are gather together to sing a christmas songs … and than form a choir and
sing … oh, there are a lot of possibilities with Lawn Fawn sets. I can wait to use them and have some fun creating.

  4. I would use it to make a card with a cake with a lit candle that changed into a blown out one with a girl for my niece’s birthday

  5. I am not 100 percent sure how id use it either however there are so many possibilities i think that since my favourite cards to make are christmas cards and/or interactive cards i think i would make some kind of christmas card maybe a christmas tree without presents and then with presents being put their by holiday helpers elves but there are tons of options. I also love making birthday cards and cards with cats on them! But any set that is interactive is always on my shopping list and lawn fawn has so many great sets it makes it kinda hard to choose!

  6. I would use a bare snowy field on one and a spring scene in the next picture…changing seasons. From waiting for christmas to christmas morning :-). There are endless possiilities :-).

  7. I own most of the Lawn Fawn interactive dies and this one is by far my favorite and that’s sayin a lot because I love the ones I have. I would use it to create birthday cards–a cake on the front and a cake with candles on the “inside”.

  8. This is such a creative die; I love it!!! I would use it to create a birthday card with some animals on the front and then add party hats and confetti on the next scene.

  9. This is just amazing! you guys are so so clever! I love all of the sample cards and there are so many good ideas by previous commenters. I think I’d use it similar to magic colour slider – have a black and white image change to colour

  10. You never cease to amaze me with your creativity. I love this die and would use it to create a snowy scene which would reveal the same scene but adding snowmen and more snowflakes.

  11. The possibilities are endless – I like the idea of changing a picture to a sentiment – that is probably what I will try. But I also love the subtle change in Jenn’s card where the fox is catching the butterfly – it looks like it would show movement as a cartoon does.

  12. Easter cards for the grandkids! …And some sweet encouraging cards for friends. I so love the looks of this die, can’t wait for it to come to my house!!!

  13. That magic picture changer is a must have! ♥
First i’ll use it for get well cards, because my moms best friend has cancer and i craft her cards once in a while and when she feels really bad, because she likes my cards very much and it lights up her days she told me. When I have more time soon I would maybe craft an underwater card with a shipwreck and a treasure chest and when you pull the tab the treasure chest reveals its gold 😀
Or Babycards where there is Mother bear and father bear and when you pull the tab the little baby appears between the proud parents, that would be lovely! And that was sonly 2 Minutes of thinking, there are so much more possibilities!

  14. My first card would be a Happy Birthday card. I would use the Happy Birthday Sentiment from the set “Happy Happy Happy” and when you pull the tab it would reveal an image with the critters from “Party Animal” and the From All of Us sentiment from “Simply Winter Sentiments”. Thank you for the chance to win. Good luck everyone!!

  15. I’m a late bloomer and have just jumped into the interactive card designs. I can’t wait to get the Magic Picture Changer…my first card will definitely be a caffeinated design 😉

  16. Oh, there are so many possibilities with this die set! Made one of those changing picture cards once by hand it was so much work to figure it all out. This die set will make this so much easiert. Since Easter’s ahead I’d probably make an Easter card first – either with white eggs changing into colored ones, maybe with a cute bunny painting them, or a simple white egg changing into a picture where a little chickie is hatching from it. But that’s only the start of those ideas popping up in my head. And the beautiful samples by the DT add even more….

  17. Thanks to your awesome dies, interactive cards are quickly becoming my favorite cards to make, especially for my 4 grandsons. They will love Magic Picture Changer cards. I’ll probably look for ways to use some of your classic Critters sets in various scenes. This die is on my must have list for sure. Seeing how the design team uses some older sets means my wishlist is growing longer.

  18. This is the die I’m super excited for! The first idea I had was blowing out candles on a birthday cake.
Thank you for the opportunity to win! This NEEDS to be in my stash!

  19. Those are some awesome cards – so imaginative! I would use the magic changer die to make some lovely graduation cards.
    Thanks!

  20. Oh wow! I just watched the video because I couldn’t believe how easy it is to assemble the magic picture changer. There are so many possibilities with this die! I would use it with 2 different sentiments to complete a funny phrase.

  21. What a brilliant die set! There are so many ways to use it, the possibilities are endless 🙂 I really loved Elise’s card with the changing greeting.

  22. Accckkk! I can barely even stand the cuteness! OVERLOAD! Love all of the cards so very much! Thanks for everyone’s hard work!

  23. I just love this die set!!! I think there are so many possibilities. I may try to use if first for my dog’s obedience trainer – using both the Happy Howloween and Happy Howlidays sets for a dog standing and then sitting. 🙂 But the possibilities are endless!!!

  24. I’ve been keeping my eye for sure on this interactive die cut set. There are so many great ideas from the design team! I will be watching the video to see how it works. On my wish list! Thanks so much for s chance to get this amazing die cut set! I would use it for birthdays and several holidays…

  25. What a fun interactive sweet, and the design team projects are just stunning! Here’s an idea – use Ahoy Matey, and in the first scene show just an ocean scene, and in the second scene show the ship in the scene (like it just sailed in), with the “Thanks for showing me the way” sentiment! And decorate around it on the front with the pirates and chest of gold, etc. So fun! Aack, I can’t wait!!

  26. I love that all of these projects are so wildly fun and creative!Great work Fawnies!!

I honestly think the possibilities are endless here! I could see a snowman/melted snowman, flower buds/blooming florals, and using the fortune cookie/ghosts from Monster Hugs, I could see a great PacMan scene!

  27. Oh my goodness! Whoever thought this up/created this die should a hundred billion glittery brownie points! I love this die so much! I will be using this a lot – get well cards, thinking of you and especially for birthday cards for my grandkids (I have 19!). And I’m thinking of a way to use my mermaids!

  28. I would love to use this with the before and after sets you have coming out, but I will have to think about other ways like the disappearing taco card! Love that example!!

  29. Oh my gosh, this magic picture changer is just amazing! There are way too many
things I could use this for. Birthday, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas …
    and everything in between. lol

  30. The magic picture looks so cool! I would use it to make a birthday scene of a kid holding a gift and in the other scene, it’s unwrapped!

  31. Love the release! This brings interactive cards to a new level. Maybe I would use the picture hanger to change the sentiment. If I had it, I would study all of the wonderful ideas from your creative team, learning as I went.

  32. Yesss, finally my favourite product of this release!:-) The get well card ideas are definitely perfect for this interactive die set, but it could also be fun to make a baby card with it – from a little bun in the oven or a stork/baby clothes, to a little baby/baby stroller, etc… or an egg and then a chick hatching… I think it could be cute 🙂 Or a Christmas card – like a bare Christmas tree/fireplace, and then a decorated one… There are so many options here!

  33. This is the die that I’m most excited about! I love to make interactive cards and all of these ideas are wonderful! I love Lynette’s Unicorn Sparkle card and Megan’s Taco Birthday card. This might be a cute way to add a joke to a card or kissing a frog to turn into a prince. The possibilities are endless!

  34. I love this die! If there were stamp sets about marriage, I would stamp the first scene with love sentiments and the next scene to, “Will you marry me?”

  35. I just love this fun and interactive set! I think it would be so fun to make get well cards with the Magic Changer set and the stamp set that coordinates! 🙂

  36. The Magic Changer is so cool. I would use with the Holiday Helpers, having them all standing around wrapping a gift, and then change it to them presenting the recipient with the pretty wrapped present!

  37. I am SO excited about this die… it is amazing!!! So clever, creative and unique I have so many ideas for using it! 🙂

  38. Those are the coolest!! I bet all of my other supplies would gather dust if I had this…I would play non-stop. It would be so fun to make teacher thank yous with this set.

  39. I cant wait to get this die! I want to put funny glasses on different animals (and food of course). I also want to swap between a birthday sentiment and then balloons and confetti. So many ideas!

  40. I would use the magic picture changer to transform a gray chameleon into a brightly colored one! 🙂 You’re One in A Chameleon!

  41. I love the magic picture changer set. I especially love the way you used it with the get well soon stamps and dies! I would probably use it to create some get well cards and maybe so “just because” or “thinking of you” cards.

  42. I had to put the Picture Changer die on my wish-list for later because my pre-order was a little big. This post makes me so sad I had to do that, and even more anxious to get the die now.

  44. Super COOL magic changer cards! I like the ideas of changing to different critters on a card, so that is what I would do.

  45. Love the picture changer set. As to how I would use it, I have so many ideas flooding my mind. The possibilities are endless.

  46. Fantastic ! This can totally change up card sending, a two pictures for price of one effect. You could use this to show the opening of a joke the pull & get the punch line or to show a critter hiding behind a balloon or it’s hands etc then peeking out on the reveal tab picture. Oh it’s limitless, looking forward to using this x

  47. Wow. Oh gosh, there are so many ways to use this. I really liked the one where they had the animals on one side saying something and then after the change, the other animals were saying something. What a cute idea!

  48. Wow, This is sooo cute. I think this set would be great for anyone but especially my 2 year old niece. She would love to pull the tab! Great countdown!

  49. Oh my goodness! Such a cute new release! And those cards have me giggling! Awesome inspiration and thanksnfor the chance to win!

  50. Game changer! This Magic Picture Changer set is amazing, you have simplified an exact process! I have several ideas but the first was to make an “earthling” disappear in the beam with your Beam Me Up set!

  51. Wow!! SO many amazing possibilites!! I don’t know what I would do first with the magic picture changer…I love the turtle idea!! Another fun idea would be something with the pinata, and have it change to an explosion of candy!!

  52. Such cool cards – I love the effect! I would use it to make lots of cards for family, friends and for the local animal shelters to sell at their fairs to raise money for their rescues and help homeless animals! Thanks for the chance to win!

  53. What a great idea! There are so many card ideas just waiting to be made, I don’t know what I’d make first, maybe a pirate with a treasure chest?

  54. The magic picture changer is so great. I think I would do some sort of magic trick scene for a birthday card with the bunnies and the top had. Love all the samples. Great inspiration.

  55. I would make a card showing any of the criitter stamps holding a simple plain egg changing into a Pysanky egg of course….lol

  56. This is so cute and so unique! I think it would be fun to make a snowy/winter scene that changes to spring! 🙂

  57. My niece is pregnant and I thought it would be cute to do a card with two people (or critters) and then the change would be a happy family scene of three!

  58. So many cute ideas!
I would have the first picture be a field of grass and the second picture be a field with flowers. I would use a “blooming” sentiment to fit the occasion.

  59. I was a little hesitant about the magic picture changer but after watching Kelly’s video (as usual), she has sold me on it. Add to cart!

  60. Maybe a messy Baked with love scene turning into a cupcake. Or maybe a grad card with the critters wearing the caps and then the caps flying in the air.

I could make a “baby to HS graduate” card, “engaged to married”, old to new house, starting to climb a mountain and then a view from the top, pirate shipwreck and mermaid, I love the idea of Christmas eve house lit up then dark with Santa in the chimney, or santa on top then down the chimney, happy hour with full drinks and food to empty… I wonder if you could use photographs? I could also see these used on scrapbooking pages. I think i might really need this one!

Critters would always be good with this set. Thanks for all the great inspiration.

I would do two-part sentiments, like “Sending you a note to say… happy birthday!” I will also make a card for my 6-year-old niece for sure, as she’s obsessed with interactive cards. She now looks at all of my cards and ask about every single one, “Does this one do anything?” haha! Good thing Lawn Fawn keeps on producing new interactive card dies so that I have new ideas for each of her birthdays. ;D
