An Adorable “Winnie the Pooh”-themed Card with Grace

We hope you will join us for another amazing Inspiration and Release Week! Wednesday is the Big Giveaway Post and inspiration posts begin on Thursday! We can’t wait to share Design Team Inspiration, Intro Videos and a lot of giveaways!

Grace is with us today to share more of her special brand of inspiration! Today she has an adorable Center Picture Window Card with a twist! The Winnie the Pooh theme is so charming!

I love how Grace turned our cute Little Fireflies into cute little honey bees! She used an older 6×6 paper pack, Perfectly Plaid Chill to frame the scene! The sweet greeting is from For You Deer!

Grace turned the Center Picture Window Box on it’s side to create a different perspective for her scene! She re-imagined our On the Beach bear as Pooh by hand-drawing his iconic red shirt! She used more clever creativity by turning the Keep on Swimming fish bowl into the bee hive! For the hand-drawn details she used a Pigma Micron 03 black pen.

For the scenery, Grace used trees from the Shadow Box Card Park Add-On set. She used Copic markers to color the trunks and Distress Oxide ink for the tree tops, grass and sky!

To make the bees look like they flying around the scene, Grace recycled some sturdy packaging acetate to mount the little flyers! She finished the inside of the card with flowers and the butterfly net from Butterfly Kisses along with a white-embossing sentiment from Sweetest Flavor!

Thank you so much for sharing this delightful inspiration with us today, Grace! The Winnie the Pooh theme is adorable, looks like a storybook!

  1. I love how you turned that bear into Winnie the Pooh, Grace! My kids both have Pooh bear that doesn’t leave their sides. I Always love seeing what you do to alter stamps to fit your vision. It gets me stamping more creatively.

  2. Awe sweet card, reminds me of my daughter. Her love of Winnie the Poo! She’s now 42!
