The design team has made the most amazing samples! We will share the Intro Videos for this week’s featured sets at a later time. It’s been a very busy Fall so far, we hope to have the videos ready for you soon.

Kay used cardstock in bright colors to create she beautiful Shadow Box Card design! The Mountain Add-On cuts the window with the tree shapes on either side. She made the sweet little cabin the focal point in the scene and added some winterized Spring Sprigs to frame the window!

Latisha got really creative and made a gorgeous mountain design for a colorful card! I love the bright colors with pops of white for the snowcaps, cabin and trees! Scripty Merry provides a beautifully simple greeting!

I love how Melissa made a cheery Spooky Village scene in a Shadow Box Card! The mountains and trees are perfect for Halloween cut from Storm Cloud and Black Licorice cardstock! Purple glitter cardstock is a cool addition and coordinates so well with the colorful village!

Grace used the dies in Mountain Add-On to create a pretty scene in a circle shaker! You could make them tags by adding some cord or add a card back to make them fantastic mini cards! Her greetings are from Winter Wavy Sayings stamped on Simple Wavy Banners!

Grace added lots of sparkle by filling the shaker with shiny beads and sequins and by die cutting the cute cabin from Gold Rush cardstock!

Elena‘s adorable Shadow Box Card with the Mountain Add-On features the cute little images from Tiny Christmas and trees from Yeti or Not!

The new Mountain Add-On die set is a perfect fit with our Center Picture Window Card die set! Elise created a fun mountain scene on the front of this mini card that continues to the inside! Our cute Yeti or Not critter is the star of this frosty scene!

Audrey‘s sweet and simple window design is the perfect way to highlight the cute critters from our holiday sets, like this cutie from Toboggan Together! I love the white on white trees and the pretty white Woodgrain Backdrop that lets the Snow Day Remix paper in the window shine!

Tammy‘s joyful box card design features our adorable Mice on Ice skating in a beautiful winter wonderland! Snow Day Remix papers add the pretty pattern and color to coordinate with the festive Christmas tree and colorful scarves!

Lynnette used Snow Day Remix patterns in pretty aqua shades to set the stage for her mountain cabin scene! I love how all the red accents provide eye-catching color! She included a sweet sentiment from Winter Wavy Sayings!

Megan‘s clever scene takes the Beary Happy Holidays bears out of the snow and to a beautiful mountain lake where they can do some fishing! I love how she added scenes to all the panels on the outside of the Shadow Box Card!

Kay created a second project layering all the fun dies from Shadow Box Card Mountain Add-On on her card front! All of the bright happy colors combine to make this card so beautiful!

I hope you have enjoyed this look at Shadow Box Card Mountain Add-On! Tomorrow we have another fun set to show you! For now, though, it’s giveaway time! 1. Love this Mountain shadow box set, would be so great to win. My daughter is asking me to start doing classes in card making and thus would be a fun one to try!

  1. Mountain Cabin, with family and of course heat! These cards are so cute today, these items are a must have for sure

  2. Oh gosh, guys, today leaves me wanting to be in a mountain cabin for sure! AAACK… your projects are AHHHH-MAZING! I just love every single one, and now I’m headed off to work with visions of Lawn Fawn Shadow Boxes dancing in my head! 😉

  3. I’d rather be at the beach! Always the beach for me!!! There’s just something about the waves and the sand! 🐚

  4. Great Shadow Box Mountain add-on set and lovely samples. I love camping in the mountains, but I love the beach even more, so I’d happily take a cottage by the sea.

  5. I have been on the fence about this die set for a while and I don’t know why – it’s clearly a MUST have!!!

I’ve been by the sea my entire life and would LOVE to try a cabin in the woods!

  6. These cards/shadow boxes are so cute – they make you want to drop everything else and just keep making them – sigh!

  7. As I live 150 meters from the see it would be nice with the mountain cabin for example over Christmas?! Nice with a change now and again…

  8. I just love how all the Lawn Fawn products coordinate with each other! I think a cottage by the sea sounds wonderful!

  9. WOWZER…….today’s post is over-the-top awesome! A cabin sounds wonderful; providing there’s electricity! After 2 and a half days without it, I think I’m over the ‘yester-year’ lifestyle. I will say, you can still craft without power…that was my salvation!

  10. Wow! You have the best designers – LOVE all the samples! Although both places sound pretty wonderful, I would have to pick a cottage by the sea I think. Thank you for the chance to win!!

  11. It would depend on the time of the year…1/2 year at the mountain cabin and the other 1/2 at the cottage by the sea!!!

  12. I love that Lawn Fawn supports its die and stamps with add ones which make the investment worthwhile. And adorable too. Lol

  13. We just returned from a glorious visit to the beach – sun, surf and sand! My choice would be cottage by the sea to do it all again. I love all the examples this time, especially the shadow box cards. Maybe I’ll try that next.

  14. Mountain cabin in winter and cottage by the sea in summer for me. This is one very versatile die set. Love all the creations from the team.

  15. I love these ideas and this set! I would be happy at a cabin near the ocean or in the mountains, especially if it’s by a lake. I guess I’d pick a beachfront cabin if I had to.

  16. I would pick a cabin in the mountains, I can even tell you where Radiation Spring in BC Canada is one of my favorite places in the world!

  17. That’s a tuff one, but during the fall, definitely a mountain cabin. Sitting by a warm cozy fire drinking hot chocolate.

  18. Cottage by the sea because I already live in a home in the mountains. Thank you LF and DT…Kay, I loved the unusual colors in your mountain card.

  19. Love today’s inspiration, so many cute creations!
In wintertime I’d rather be in a mountain cabin, but in the summer I prefer a cottage by the sea.

  20. I love to go to the mountains in the winter. I haven’t skiied in years, but would like to. The little winter scenes are just great.

  21. I would say more times than not I would choose a cottage by the sea. A cabin I. The mountains would be nice if I had all my card making supplies and lots of coffee and chocolate!

  22. I would love to be living in all of these scenes!!! The mountains and the beach both hold treasures and healing and we can all use a whole lot of that right about now! Thank you so much for sharing!

  23. If there’s a palm tree involved, I’ll take the cottage by the sea. I love the cabin and the mountains in this set though.

  24. I always love the idea of a mountain cabin. Sitting by the fire, all snuggled up! Smell of the trees. Sounds heavenly 🙂

  25. I am a mountain girl all the way! I lived in Denver for a couple of years and loved going up in the mountains in Estes Park. If a family member ever wins the lottery (I spend my money on stamps! LOL!) that’s where you’ll find me!

  26. Happy Thanksgiving to all you Canadian crafters! Beautiful cards designs, I can’t wait to play with this set and now I have so much inspiration! I love the ocean and maybe someday I’ll move closer to it!

  27. Oh these girls sure make me want to buy the shadow box dies. Oh so they’re doing their job VERY WELL what great projects and inspiration!! I’m a cabin girl myself but I HATE snow so I’m good inside. LOL!!

  28. I love the tiny cabin. The shadow box is one of my favorite dies and the add-ons are great. I like to use the parts on other cards too. I need this one!

  29. I’ve never created a shadow box before, but all these sweet creations really make me want to now! I would rather be in a mountain cabin, especially during the wintertime, though a cottage by the sea sure sounds nice during the summer! Thanks for the chance to win!

  30. I love all the cards using the shadow box card mountain scene. Just love that little cabin probably because I grew up in a cabin in the woods so I am very partial😊 but to answer your question I love a cottage by the sea and a cabin in the woods equally so I would be just thankful to enjoy either one❤️🥰😍

  31. Given that I’m heading out for a 9 day roadtrip of the California and Oregon coast…..I’m going to say cottage by the sea.

  32. Never been to a mountain cabin so it would be
fun to try that out. We have a condo on a
lake so the water option wouldn’t be something
new. Love this box. I make lots of
cards-in-a-box so this will be a fun
    change-up. Fantastic ideas.
    thanks for sharing

  33. Yet another sweet addition to add to your stash that can add to what you already have or use on its own to create adorable scenes! @LawnFawn does it again!

  34. Such cozy examples today! So cute! I live in the mountains and after enduring the kind of winter we had last year I guess I would go with a seaside cottage!

  35. I would love a cottage by the sea. I absolutely love this die set and I really need to add this to my stash for Christmas cards this year.

  36. This die set is on my wish list as my favourite cards to make are the shadow box ones. I cannot believe all the different ideas using this set for cards that are not the shadow box. Absolutely incredible projects! Now I really need it to use with my Christmas cards. I would definitely pick cottage by the sea!

  37. I would love to be in a snowy mountain cabin right about now. My kids have been counting down the days until they can start sledding again.

  38. I love the way Kay used the Spring Sprigs die to outline the window on her shadow box! I need to add this set to my shadow box collection!

It would depend on the time of year for me – winter would be in the mountain cabin; summer would be in a cottage by the sea.

  39. That’s a tough question! This time of year – cabin in the mountains for sure! But I love a cottage by the sea too!

  40. Hard to decide, but at this time of year definitely mountain cabin.
I picked this add-on up for holiday card making, and am so inspired by all the wonderful inspiration!

  41. Mountain cottage because I already live by the beach! I love this Mountain Add on! The house is super duper cute! And the mountains look so cute to create a magical scene.

  42. I lived in the German Alps for two years, so obviously I would rather be there! It was great for skiing and other snow related activities! Thank you, Lawn Fawn, for introducing these mountains as add ons!

  43. A mountian cabin would be so awesome!! What a view that would be! I plan on doing this in the future for sure! This die set is one more I have to add to my future purchases! 🙂

  44. I love both the mountains and the sea, but this time of year definitely has me wanting a mountain cabin complete with a fire in the fireplace and snow outside!

  45. All these scene cards/boxes
are so adorable! I’d like to try
a cottage by the sea as I’ve
    never done that.
    Carla from Utah

  46. I do love this set! Actually just picked it up but haven’t had a chance to play with it yet! And boy is that a tough question! I do love being in a mountain cabin and enjoying the quiet but my true happy place is a cottage on the sea. For me, there is nothing better! Living in the midwest makes it very difficult to get my ocean fix!! Lake Michigan is close but just not the same!

  47. I was really happy to see this Muntain Add-On. The Shadow Box is one of my favorite specialty card dies and I think the little chalet is so adorable! I’ve used the dies to create a little scene on one of my scrapbook pages.

  48. I’d love to be at a mountain cabin right now just relaxing by a fire and seeing the pretty changing leaves out the window. Sounds so heavenly.

  49. I already live in Colorado and get to see wondrous mountain beauty daily so to change it up, let’s go to the cottage by the sea!

  50. Oh what super sweet scenes using this awesome die set. I am a mountain cabin gal, but I could get talked into a cottage by the sea 😉

  51. So many fun ideas on how to use this set. I’m going with cottage by the sea. The sunshine, warm sand, sound of the waves, all very relaxing.

  52. I really love how the Lawn Fawn design team mixes and matches all the die cuts and stamp sets! Love how the mountain add on could be used to make cards too, and even tags! Thanks for the great ideas!

  53. Lovely cards. I think I would prefer a mountain cabin. My dream is to stay in one when there is snow outside. Cuddle up by the fire at night with some hot cocoa, take walks in the snow, etc.

  54. Can i pick both? They both have their charms. If i had to pick just one, it would probably be the cottage by the sea. But the mountains are majestic also. Tough choice!! Love the mountain add-on!!

  55. You’ll find me in the cottage by the sea! Never was a camping girl.
Lots of pretty & cute inspiration – it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

  56. Fabulous creations by all! I would love both the cottage by the sea in the summer & the cabin in the mountains in the winter!

  57. I spent last Christmas in a cabin in Big Bear, so I’m gonna have to go for mountain cabin, cause I loved the experience!

  58. These mountains are very cool! Fabulous additions to pretty much any scene. I would definitely have to choose a little cottage by the sea!

  59. I love the new mountain add on. On a hot summer day, I would like to be in a cabin in the mountains, but on a cold blustery day, I would prefer the cabin by the sea.

  60. I love hiking so it’s a mountain cabin for me. This think this is my favorite add-on so far for the shadow box. So many different ways to use it!

  61. That’s too hard! Both places I love so much. So I’m going to have to say mountain cabin in the fall and winter and cottage by the sea in the summertime. What a great question.

  62. Oooo!! I love all of your ideas!! I can’t decide between a cabin in the mountains or a cottage on the beach. I think that I would like to have a cabin in the mountains next to the ocean, in Alaska or Newfoundland! 🙂

  63. Mountain cabin!! That would be my dream getaway! I’d pack all my Lawn Fawn, and card stock, my markers, and my Big Shot… I’d be quite content lol!

  64. Even though I am from Colorado, I think I would pick a cottage by the ocean. I love this cute little mountain set though because it reminds me of home.

  65. Oh that’s a tough one – but probably mountain cabin – curled up with a good book with a cup of hot cocoa in hand, fire burning and snow gently falling outside.

  66. A mountain cabin is where this snow bunny would rather be. I like looking out huge windows into the forest watching the snow fall or sitting outside with hot cocoa by the fire pit.

  67. Such fabulous creations! That is a tough question. I really like the mountain cabin because I love to hike. But I also love the sound of the sea, so that’s also very appealing. A combo of both would the best 🙂

  68. I’d take either, lol! But if you make me choose just one, it would have to be the mountain cabin. A fire, and cup of cocoa with marshmallows, please!

  69. Everyone designed such awesome cards with this set! I love both the mountains and the sea so that’s a tough pick, but I think mountains edge out ahead of the sea just barely.

  70. You have asked this question before with the seaside add-on for the scalloped treat box and at the time I felt that the seaside cottage was what I wanted because I live in the mountains. But this mountain add-on feels so
much like home, that I have to say mountains. As always, your products, staff, videos make me smile. Thanks!

  71. Definitely a cabin in the mountains, it’s ideal for all seasons. However, it would be perfect for this time of the year Autumn 🍂 and Winter 💕.

  72. After living through high temps and chasing shade on our last summer vacation, I think mountain cabin sounds pretty good right now!great projects – I love Lawn Fawn!

  73. I would usually say ‘cottage by the sea’ but these fabulous designs make mountain cabin a great choice as well.

  74. Great add-on set. The design team did a great job showing the set being used for different seasons.
I would be a cottage by the sea.

  75. I do love the mountains, but a cottage by the sea is where I’m meant to be! Just love the waves crashing on the shore, swimming, bon fires on the beach, collecting sea shells. Fun!

  76. These samples are incredible. The DT continues to outdo themselves each new inspiration week! Both locations would be great–I would love a cottage by the sea in summer, and a cabin in the mountains in the winter. I’d split my time between both in the spring and fall. 🙂

  77. Shadow Boxes are always amazing to look at. They have so much potential for depth and dimension. Makes me very happy to look at one, always! The new mountain add on is a great addition for the upcoming winter season. Hooray!

  78. I love this add-on set! I preordered it ages ago. I never really saw any projects done with it, so I was disappointed that there was nothing g out there. I am so excited to see some more ideas on how to use this set! Thank you so much for such a great card set!

  79. These are the best pop-up cards! Reminds me of home in Colorado – I miss it so much! (clearly my answer is Mountain cabin!)

  80. I think a mountain cabin would be a fun place to relax with my family, go hiking, and of course spend some time crafting!

  81. The German and Austria Alps are my favorite place as I lived in the German Alps for two years! Thank you, Lawn Fawn for presenting these wonderful products!

  82. I would have to pick the mountain cabin since I live in Colorado near the mountains. I got this set with the new release but have not used it yet. Thanks for all the great ideas.

  83. Which ever beautiful place stays closet to the 70’s and cooler.. lol
So probably the mountain cabin.. 😉
Love your inspiration week! Thanks for all the creative ideas!
    Your team rocks! 👩🏻‍🎤🎸

  84. I would absolutely prefer to be in a mountain cabin. I just love the mountains (and the forest), and I ADORE this Mountain Add-On! And I love the ways the Design Team has used it outside of the Shadow Box card. So clever!

  85. That’s not even a fair choice! How about a mountain cabin during ski season and a cottage by the sea the rest of the year (with access to the mountain cabin as needed). A girl can dream, right? Love what the DT has done. So cute!

  86. Definitely a mountain cabin! I already live a mile from the Atlantic, so I see it quite often and I miss the mountains!

  87. I guess it depends on the weather… I prefer the forest over the beach, but I would rather be hot than cold…. so I guess – Mountain cabin for most of the year, but if it is so cold there is snow, then I would be at a beach cottage where it was warm lol

  88. This mountain add-on is amazing!! Also alone in the card by Key Miller: I love it! I like mountains, especially in the summer time, but I would definitely take a cottage by the sea 🙂

  89. I would love to be in the Mountain Cottage. All bundled up by the fire sipping a hot beverage. Watching deer walking by in the woods. So cozy!!!!

  90. Cottage by the Sea definitely!
The ocean soothes my soul. Hearing the waves crashing. Walking along the sand. Inhaling the salty air. Feeling the sun warm my cheeks.
    There’s nothing like it.
Also – I love, love, love the first card by Kay Miller! So beautiful!

  91. That’s a tough choice! Winter cabins are so cozy and snow covered trees are so pretty I’m going to have to pick the cabin 🙂

  92. Both…. I love spending time in both locations. And here in Cali both are about and hours drive away from my home.

  93. Since I lived in the German Alps for two years, I will always pick a mountain retreat! Thank you for this additional product that I can remember my time there and share with others!

  94. I love visiting both the mountains and the beach! I can’t choose! Such wonderful inspiration using this mountain add on set!

  95. My mountain cabin 100%! I love the smells and fresh air. I want to be there right now!! Thank you for making me think about it.

  96. These cards are awesome!
I’d love to be in either a mountain cabin or a beach cottage — as long as there is fresh air and the temperatures aren’t too extreme!

  97. Definitely a cottage by the Sea.
OMGosh…I absolutely adore all the scene’s the Designers made. I LOVE to make scene’s and yours are totally fabulous and creative. Very well done!

  98. The mountains attract me because I lived in the German Alps for two years. Thank you for introducing these products that are so useful!

  99. ooooh tough choice. Right now I’ll say cabin in the mountains. I’m feeling fall right now and enjoying the cooler weather. what intricate projects!

  100. Such a magical time of year despite my body hating the cold. I have so many ideas on how to use these new products. I would love to have them all. Great job Lawn Fawn.
