Hello and welcome to Lawn Fawn’s May 2021 Inspiration and Release week! On May 13th our 7 new stamp sets and coordinating dies, 9 new standalone die sets, and all of our exciting new products will be for sale at your favorite store and at www.lawnfawn.com! Woohoo! Today is our showcase of Germ-free Bear and its coordinating dies! Keep those cards (and hands) germ-free! This adorable mini bear stamp set comes complete with hand sanitizer (or soap) and mask. Pair this set with Science of Love for lab accessories. Add the bathtub and bubbles from Rub-A-Dub-Dub for a very clean bear. Need a bigger bear family? Use Den Sweet Den and Snow Much Fun! 

We are also highlighting Say What? Masked Critters and its coordinating dies! Tell the essential people in your life that they are important to you! This set features mask-wearing critters (frog, cat, and bunny), a speech bubble, and sentiments that show your appreciation for those in the frontline (and those dearest to you).

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a little video at the end showcasing some fun ways of using this new set! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

Audrey put the adorable Germ-free Bear in a squeaky clean Rub-A-Dub-Dub scene! Her awesome watercolor backdrop is perfect for this fun bubbly scene!

Yainea‘s fun design features the cute Say What? Masked Critters “sending smiles with their eyes”! I love how she added a sentiment, white embossed on vellum, on the side, that is such a clever idea!

Mindy combined these two new sets on a cute circle shaped card! With Hello Sunshine Remix paper for the “wallpaper” and a Woodgrain cardstock floor, all this fun scene needed was a potted plant from Simply Celebrate Summer!

Marine created a clever pop-up mini card with Germ-free Bear! She used fun accessories from Science of Love, Den Sweet Den and Plan on It: School to fill in her science-themed design!

Grace created a super cute set of tags featuring the Say What? Masked Critters! For the cat, she added accessories from Meow You Doin’, some little carrots for the bunny and the frog gets a lily pad or two from Toadally Awesome!

Elise paired up a couple Germ-free Bears to send a happy and (germ-free) hello!

Lynnette‘s cheerful design combines the Germ-free Bear and a couple of the masked critters to send heartfelt “air hugs”!

Elena‘s cheeky design should get a laugh or at least a wide smile from the recipient! She borrowed a roll of TP from Costume Party, as a way to remember the lighter moments of the last year.

Elise whipped up a set of cards to send love and encouragement! She added some stenciled hearts on the kraft card base and added detail with Just Stitching Double Rectangles! Scripty Hello works great with the sentiment in the Say What? Masked Critters set!

Megan made is a family affair by combining Germ-free Bear with his bear friends from Den Sweet Den and Snow Much Fun! I love how she swapped out the Rub-A-Dub-Dub tub for the How You Bean? mason jar! The Brick stenciled backdrop adds extra fun to this Shutter Card (minus the shutter) design!

Kara combined a bunch of happy Hello Sunshine Remix papers with some hearts from the Scalloped Slimline with Hearts sets! It’s a great way to send some smiles to a loved ones who you can’t wait to hug in person!

Elise “unmasked” a group Germ-free bears to send some “beary” happy birthday wishes! She stenciled a fantastic plaid design in the background! I love the Scripty Birthday die cut from Holographic cardstock, it totally elevates this simple design!

  155. I must be honest. Although the animals are cute, I am NOT into the masks, virus hysteria, love having our freedoms and rights taken away kind of gal. And to continue to be honest, this is the only stamp set I have ever disliked from Lawn Fawn. You have always had cute, happy, fun stamps that make me want to buy them and create with them. These just make me sad, and force me to think of all of the horrible things that have gone on, are going on, and will continue to go on if we don’t stand up and say we aren’t going to take it anymore. I was hoping that you would just ask a frivilous question so I would have to say what I really think, but you asked. So please take this as valuable feedback from an honest fan. Not everyone loves being confined, and covered up in a piece of cloth that not only does not help, but traps bacteria on a person’s face, and makes them isolated and depressed. But have a nice day.

  206. Dear LF – My mom and a very good friend – plus friends at my school – are nurses and would love these. I love them and I am not even a nurse. I just love LF products. They are consistently the cutest and most on-trend as far as the messages and images go. The LF team has absolutely, positively (or ‘pawsitively,’ given all the critters) knocked it out of the park!! Your sample cards are THE BEST!

  218. Great inspiration this week! Not a real big fan of the masked critters though but do like the sentiments in the set. That being said, the critters would be appropriate on cards for healthcare providers and essential workers but, for me personally, I prefer to see the smiles on the critters’ faces!

  254. I am sorry, but I hate to see masks on anyone. I’d much rather see their sweet germy smile than a mask. I would not purchase a set with masks. Just my personal preferance. I don’t want to see them normalized.
