Audrey gave her favorite Making Frosty Friends snowman a trendy update with Stitched Snowflake Frame and holographic cardstock! The Stitched Snowflake Backdrop adds a perfectly subtle design in the background!

Mindy‘s snowflake stenciled background is so beautiful! It’s a cheerful addition to her cute little scene featuring Yeti or Not, Say What? Christmas Critters and the sign from Penguin Party!

Elena‘s design is so clever! The Stitched Snowflake Backdrop looks so pretty with a bit of inking! I love how Elena split the Giant Let It Snow to make room for a sweet Penguin Party vignette! So totally adorable!

Lynnette wrapped up this elegant card like a gift with lots of gold! First, she stenciled beautiful snowflakes with gold stencil paste on red cardstock! Then she used gold glitter cardstock for the “ribbon”, bow from Put a Bow on It and Mini Snowflakes. Every gift needs a tag, so she added a Winter Tiny Tag with a gold embossed Tiny Tag Saying!

Megan‘s delightful Penguin Party scene is filled with so much frosty fun! She added lots of icy goodness with Fairy Dust stenciled snowflakes and Giant Let It Snow in Pixie Dust glitter cardstock!

Grace took color cues from the Really Rainbow paper she used to frame this adorable winter scene! The Stitched Snowflake Backdrop adds snowy fun behind the Tiny Winter Friends and their big Yeti or Not friend!

Elise‘s stenciled design is so simply beautiful! She used Snowflake Background Stencils and frosty shades of blue and teal to create an all-over snowflake pattern, leaving room for the sentiment. Then she stamped the greeting from Offset Sayings: Christmas!

Latisha‘s happy slimline design starts with stenciled snowflakes. Then she added a layered Giant Merry Christmas and the cute snowmen from Ready Set Snow!

Lynnette started this lovely “dies only” design using Stitched Snowflake Backdrop! Then she layered Village Border, Stitched Hillsides and Let it Snow Line Border over the top. The Stitched Snowflakes look so sparkly and provide the perfect finish!

Making Frosty Friends and the adorable pups from Furry and Bright are a perfect match on Tammy‘s super fun card! Pretty Stencil Paste and Snowflake Background Stencils are another beautiful match for a winter design!

Mindy‘s Den Sweet Den bears are so perfect as the stars of her “very cool winter” card! She added icy fun to the Cole’s ABCs letters with a bit of inking! And the Stitched Snowflake Backdrop in pink is so charming!

For her beautiful Christmas card, Kara started with Mermaid cardstock and stenciled the snowflakes with Fairy Dust Stencil Paste. Then she ink-blending over the top of the stenciling which allows the Mermaid base to peek through! The sentiment from Magic Holiday Messages and the Magic Iris Snowflake Add-On finish this design so beautifully!

Stitched Snowflake Backdrop adds pretty pattern and texture behind the cute Tiny Winter Friends and holographic Magic Iris Snowflake Add-On.

    1. Love these! . My favorite holiday movie is A Christmas Carol. I love that story in all the different versions. I think I like the Muppet version the best 😊

  1. The Polar Express. It is my youngest daughter favorite movie. She is an adult now, but every Christmas Eve, all of us and the new additions to the family watch it. It’s a tradition!

  2. I love the snowflake backdrop. Sooo pretty. Our fav family movie is Elf. No matter how many times we watch it, we always laugh.

  3. My favorite Christmas book is The Saintmaker’s Christmas Eve. It’s very old and out of print, but we read it aloud every year.

  4. A tie between A Christmas Story and the black/white It’s a Wonderful Life, I have to watch both of these every year and I will be 60 in January.

  5. My all time, must watch movie is “White Christmas”. It isn’t truly Christmas time until we have watched it at least once!

  6. Love the snowflake stencil and the stitched backdrop to set the snow scene! My favorite holiday movie is It’s a Wonderful Life”.

  8. As a child, my parents used to read us an extremely intricate pop-up book of “The Night Before Christmas” It was a special treat when they got that book out each year.

  9. White Christmas is one of my favorite Christmas movies. I also like Elf because my son likes it. He is now grown, so watching it now makes me think of him. Side note: I have a suggestion to add to your tiny village series – trucks, dump trucks, tractors, etc. The hero’s village was so great with the police car, fire engine, ambulance but other kinds of transportation would be great. I was trying to create a tag for my 2yr old nephew and he loves trucks.

  10. My favourite Christmas Movie is “Holiday Inn”. Our family would watch it together every Christmastime. Thank you for the chance to win m. Good luck everyone.

  17. Well I can’t narrow it down to one favorite Christmas movie! I like to many! But one of my favorite Christmas books is Olive the Other Reindeer.

  22. I remember reading a book called Santa Mouse when I was a child; and twenty years ago when I was pregnant with our daughter, I found a copy and bought it! I really like the story of how 🎅picks this cute mouse to help him deliver toys.
It has nothing to do with the birth of Christ, our Savior; yet I have fond memories and am glad I was able to pass on an innocent childhood memory to my kids!

  34. Oddly, my favorite Christmas book is a cozy murder mystery by Valerie Wolzien (We Wish You a Merry Murder). Lots of holiday chaos).

  39. One of my fave scenes in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, is when Ron summons Harry to the common room on Christmas morning, and Harry’s surprised to see gifts addressed to him under the tree. And a fave movie is Miracle on 34th Street, when people believed in the postman as an everyday hero.

  47. Hi,
First, Thanks for all the AWESOME cards you’ve shown above…. they’re all so good. I just love looking at your creations, all of you!! I’m in awe of all your talents.
My favorite movie would have to be “A Charlie Brown Christmas” but “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” is right up there — I adore the illustrations and the way that Whoville is colored in the animated movie from the 1966 TV movie/show. I also have a very old (1944, I think) copy of Clement Moore’s The Night Before Christmas. I need to get it to a restorer as its cover has come off the now-fragile spiral binding. It’s beautiful and has interactive elements with little pull tabs here and there. My parents just gave it to me since they are moving into a retirement village (an apt) and don’t want to have a lot of extra things around, plus they wonder where they would store it.
I treasure all the amazing things that I see when I get a LF email. Please know that.

  48. Loving all the eye candy from the designers! The stencils and the stitched snow backdrop make great backgrounds for scenes. My favorite Christmas movie is White Christmas. 75. I love all the Christmas movies, but a couple of my favorites are The Grinch and The Holiday. My favorite book is The Night Before Christmas…I read it to my daughter every Christmas Eve before bed when she was younger.

  76. I love While You Were Sleeping. Ok, OK, some people don’t think it’s a “Christmas” movie, but it does happen during Christmas time. 🙂
