Lawn Fawn Video {7.25.24} Summery Stitched Cards with Chari

In today’s video, Chari creates two cute and summery cards using the new Embroidery Hoop Window and Frame Add-On and Make a Splash stitching pattern. Chari created this super brilliant, stitched beach ball card in both a beach and a pool version! And each is perfect for lots of summer occasions! She stitched up the Make a Splash pattern with Embroidery Hoop, then she used Embroidery Hoop Window and Frame Add-On to incorporate the colorful beach ball into the card designs! To make the super cool background, she cut white woodgrain cardstock with Simple Stripes: Portrait then added some shading with Lost Shadow Distress ink. Next, she stenciled some water splashes using Paint Splatter Background Stencil!


To create the beach scene, Chari used a Stitched Hillside Border for the sand before adding How You Bean? Seashell Add-On shells!


And for this fun water design, Chari used Stitched Simple Wavy Borders and lots of Chunky Glitter!

Froyo Friend Meets Treat Cart in Jenn’s Delightful Design


Jenn did some more of her magic with Distress Watercolor Pencils to bring a fun ice cream themed scene to life!


To create this ice cream shop scene, Jenn combined Treat Cart with Froyo Friend! She built the “shop” using Diagonal Stripes Border and Ta-Da! Diorama! Shop Add-On!


A little bit of glitter makes ice cream better! Jenn added sparkle with Prisma Glitter!

Lawn Fawn Video {7.23.24} Mindy’s Critters in the Desert Card with Coloring Stencils

Mindy used coordinating Critters in the Desert Coloring Stencils to color and add shading to the cute Critters in the Desert! She colored with Lawn Fawn mini ink cubes in a fun desert color palette. In the video she shows how to keep the stamps in the Misti to ink the images once more after coloring. This keeps the stamped lines crisp and bold.

For the background, Mindy ink blending Cactus Border and popped a couple clouds from All the Clouds in the sky. Then she added her sentiment with Cole’s ABCs before arranging all the desert critters and cacti!
