We Wish You a Very Fawny Holiday Week {Day 4}

Hello everyone! Welcome to another special Fawny Holiday Week! We will be sharing inspiring holiday projects by our amazing Fawny family of designers along with videos and daily giveaways! Comment below for a chance to win a stamp set with coordinating dies and a 6×6 paper pad of your choice!

Chari’s Glass Cloche Ornaments

Chari created adorable Frosty Family, Frosty Family Add-On and Caroling Mice scenes inside glass ornaments! It’s such a creative idea and they look so amazing hanging on a Christmas tree or as a decoration on the mantel! She found the ornaments at a large craft store.

She built the little scenes on a bed of cotton ball “snow” on the cork base. Chunky Glitter adds sparkle to the snowy scene while Prisma Glitter sparkles on the hats. To help the images stand on their own, Chari die cut the figures twice to laminate together to make them sturdier. Such a great tip!

In addition to the snowman family and cute mice, Chari also included a little Winter Bird. The wool felt scarves are so adorable! All of the images were adhered with Glue Tube liquid glue.

To finish her ornament gifts, Chari stamped Tiny Tag Sayings on snowflakes from Winter Tiny Tags. Then she tied them to the glass ornament with Hemp Twine in white and turquoise.

Elise made another set of gift tags, this time featuring Cozy Cats and Cozy Cats Christmas Add-On! The tags are make using Outside In Stitched Christmas Tree Stackables and Favorite Flannel Fall paper. After arranging the images, she tied tags with Red Hemp Twine.

Samantha‘s Scalloped Treat Box is just so charming! It features Caroling Mice and their friend from Sweet Christmas Mice! And on the Pixie Dust Sparkle roof, there’s row of ornaments from Simply Celebrate Winter.

Samantha built the treat box with Shimmer Cardstock from the Tropical pack adding details from Scalloped Treat Box Winter House Add-On. I love the glittery Lime Green Sparkle wreath on the door!

Melissa used Build-A-Drink Mug Add-On to make a peppermint hot cocoa! Her Christmas card has lots of sparkle and shine from All the Sparkles paper and red glitter! She also used Scalloped Rectangle Stackables, and the coordinating die and sentiment from Big Messages: Christmas.

The Caroling Mice are so cute singing their “Mice Carols” in Tammy‘s snow globe design. She used the base from Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On with a Stitched Circle Frame for the snow globe. Tammy filled background of the snow globe scene with Village Hillside Border before assembling all the cute images. Then she added holiday decoration with Christmas Stocking and Cute Candy Canes and a sentiment from Winter Wavy Sayings.

Mimi’s Money-holder Christmas Stocking Tags

Mimi made a set of Christmas Stocking money-holder tags that are perfect for giving gifts of cash. She used Candy Cane Lane papers for the stockings and Watercolor Wishes paper for the “pompoms”. The toe and heel on the stockings are Pixie Dust Sparkle.

Mimi stamped with a message from Tiny Tag Sayings along with greetings Say What? Christmas Critters and Say What? Holiday Critters in colorful ink to match the stocking. Then she added a small tag top from Snow Globe Gift Tag to the back, making it easy to tie them on a package.

And then Mimi gathered the tags into a Fancy Box as a fun little gift. Brilliant idea!

  21. One of my very favorite things is putting up our Christmas tree in front of our window so that when I arrive home in the evening, it’s all lit up and giving off a cozy feel of warmth. Add my sweet dog sitting next to the tree, looking out the window and waiting for my return, and my heart is just so filled with love and joy.

  27. Love that everyone has some time off from school and work, and we can spend time together as a family – eating meals, watching movies, playing games…it’s a fun time of year for us.
