We have some fun upcoming events! We have our 4th annual catalog contest starting soon! Keep a look out on November 25th for the official announcement. A little birdie told me there might be a free-for-all category. Woohoo! (See the previous contests here: 2010, 2011, 2012 ) We have something super fun planned for Black Friday! Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter! And, our Valentine’s Day release week starts December 8th! We can’t wait to see you there!
Hello everyone and welcome to a fun week with our friends over at Thermoweb! They have amazing adhesives and this super cool Glitter Dust, too!
We are also both having giveaways throughout the week so make sure to head on over to the Thermoweb Blog, and check out their wonderful projects and enter to win some goodies!!
Hello and welcome to the first post of Lawn Fawn’s Fall/Winter release week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring six stamp sets, dies and the Into the Woods paper collection, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration! These products will all be available on August 29th!
Today is our showcase of “Critters in Costume”. This 4″ x 6″ set is the next installment in our Critters series. It is perfect for Halloween and for year round cards, too! The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a little video on the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using the set!
Remember to click on the person’s name or card to see all of the details and leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love! 🙂
Chari‘s comic book inspired card is amazing! I just love her gorgeous distress ink skies! The white space the dies leave around the images pops perfectly off of those skies!
Guess what?! Nichol is back on the design team, and she is wowing us with this incredible haunted house! Such a treasure! She also shows how great the Critters in Costume work with other Lawn Fawn Fall and Halloween sets! We will show you more of her house on a separate post after Inspiration Week!
Lynnette‘s scene is adorable! I love the background she created with the smaller elements in the set, and I love how the squirrel is holding the trick or treat bag. Too cute! The Retro Lawn Trimmings is the perfect finishing touch!
Latisha‘s treat bag is so sweet! She cleverly used our new Stitched Journaling Card die as a tag, and the new Stitched Leaves set the perfect scene for the pumpkin bunny from Critters in Costume! This treat is sure to make anyone’s day!
Make sure you click on each of the design team’s names or pictures to go to their blogs and see the details of how they made their cards. You will walk away inspired for sure!
Now, I have a little video for you showing this set in action and some fun things you can do with it. I hope you enjoy it! Watch it below or at our You Tube channel. (If you don’t have time to watch, the card making starts at 4:15, and the “review” of everything starts at the 9:25 minute mark! 🙂 )
Thank you so much for watching!
I hope you have enjoyed this look at “Critters in Costume”. Tomorrow we have more fun examples to show you! For now, though, it’s giveaway time! Hello, everyone! Today we are driving out to Las Vegas for the Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) trade show! I hope you have been enjoying Sneak Week. We will have one more day for you on Monday! Until then, I thought it would be fun to show some cute cards to make you smile!
Also, don’t forget to tell your favorite store to stop by our booth. We are booth #1361. We would love to see them! If they can’t make it to the show, they can email us a firstname.lastname@example.org, too! 🙂
Elena‘s card is so much fun! She used the new Woodgrain Backdrops to create her tree, along with Circle Stackables, Blissful Botanicals and Home Sweet Home! Her super hero owl is from the new Critters in Costume. I just love that that set works for Halloween and for occasions year round, too!
