Card Drive for Addison

Hello! Our friend Kelly is hosting a card drive for her friend’s daughter, Addison. Addison has Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, and Kelly is hoping to bring her a little joy during her two year treatment plan with a handmade card a week. She is hoping to collect cards that are cheery, encouraging, supportive, etc., and maybe even with some kid-friendly jokes! Please go to Kelly’s blog to read more about Addison and see all of the guidelines. Let’s all crafty and make some cards for sweet Addison!

This is the card that I put together to send some smiles to Addison! I actually decided to use my layout from my Hero Arts swap week card because I had such a fun time with it! I used Critters Ever After, Sally’s ABCs for my custom sentiment, Bright Side papers and some Lawn Trimmings. I really hope this brightens her day!
Don’t forget to check out all of the details!

Scrapbook Adhesives Week Day 2

Hello, everyone! We have lots of fun planned for you this week as we are teaming up with our friends over at Scrapbook Adhesives!  They have wonderful products like the My Stik tape runner, awesome 3D foam squares and Dodz! So after you see the projects here, make sure to head on over to their blog for more inspiration!

Also, check out our first day, here!
Lynnette‘s card is too sweet! I love how she used 3D foam squares to give dimension and movement to her scene with Gnome Sweet Gnome, Admit One, So Thankful and Happy Everything. I just love how she took a spring set and made it Fall. I also love that Lawn Trimmings bow and Dodz are perfect to hold gems!
Melissa S.‘s layout is stunning! I just love how she used Admit One and Interlocking Backdrops for a page about an amusement park ride. Brilliant! Bright Side is the perfect paper for this, too! She used some of both thicknesses of the 3D foam squares to create layers at different heights, and she also used the My Stik tape runner for the larger pieces and the Dodz for some of the smaller cut-out stamped shapes.
Make sure to head on over to the Scrapbook Adhesives blog to check out their Lawn Fawn plus Scrapbook Adhesive projects!
Also, comment on both of our blogs throughout the week to be entered for a chance to win prize packs! 🙂
We can’t wait to show you more tomorrow!

Thank you so much for visiting!
