Jessica’s Artsy Valentine

Jessica from Lawn Fawn HQ joins us today with some adorable inspiration! She combined Canvas and Easel with a cute beaver from Wood You Be Mine to create a totally charming Valentine design!

Jess created her unique Valentine card with a sweet shaker “painting” on the easel. She framed the masterpiece with a shiny gold Stitched Scalloped Square Frame. The little beaver sits adorably on the artist’s stool with a bouquet of flowers from Scent with Love!

For the background, Jess used a panel of Knit Picky Winter paper. Then she layered the Heart Garland Backdrop: Portrait over the top. She added hearts in Ballet Slippers, Guava and Chili Pepper cardstock. This card is just so sweet!

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful project with us, Jess!

Elena combined the Quilted Heart Backdrop: Portrait with the new Giant Outlined Love Ya! Then she decorated the die cut sentiment with birds from Magic Iris Birdhouse Add-On. She also included flowers from Spring Flowers Backdrop and leaves from Fall Leaves Backdrop and Stitched Strawberry Frame.

Karin‘s card is so sweet! She gave it a subtle die cut heart design on the tone-on-tone background. The cute little vignette features the Scent with Love skunk and the heart balloon from Scent with Love Add-On.

Catherine‘s sweet “hot air balloon” candy baskets feature Stitched Basket, Heart Stackables, Lots of Hearts Stencils and Heart Garland Backdrop! This idea is so clever!

Megan‘s clever card starts with a Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop and the Heart Garden Border in the background. Then she added a cute Wood You Be Mine? scene. She has the beaver painting a picture on a Canvas and Easel with a paint brush from Chirpy Chirp Chirp!

First Saturday with Megan {7.2.22} A Sweet Get-well Card with a Clever Surprise

We are so happy to have Megan with us again today! She has an adorable get-well card with clever surprise!

The large paint splatter shape from Art Supplies inspired Megan to make this creative tissue box get-well card. She also used the water cup and the paint splatters as the medicine container and the “bug”. She created the tissue box with the stitched square from Canvas and Easel and Quilted Backdrop.

Megan stamped the little “pull” from Push Here to prompt the recipient to pull the “tissue” out of the box. She did partial die-cutting to make the “tissue” long enough to fit inside the box. There she added the message from On the Mend.

Additionally, Megan decorated the box with flowers from Magic Iris Fall Leaves Add-On and Spring Flowers Backdrop. We have a lot of sets that have small hearts in them; Megan used the heart included in the Platform Pop-Up set.

Thank you so much for sharing this creative design with us Megan!
