Getting a Little Bat-tea for Halloween with Ivy

Ivy joins us today with some Halloween inspiration! This punny bat design and shaker cards go together quick and easy for last-minute crafting! Or you can file them away to get a jump on next year!

What could be better than a fun and punny card? Sharing it with a fun and pun-loving friend! Ivy used Watercolor Wishes Rainbow paper for the scalloped background. Next, she added the Woodland Critter Huggers with the Bat Add-On. She found the sweet little mug in the Winter Add-On set! And finally, she finished the pun using Henry’s ABCs in some sparkly purple cardstock!

Ivy’s edge-to-edge shaker cards are so much fun! They are also so easy to create! She started with a panel of All the Dots paper. Then she used some recycled cello packaging to create a pocket for the shaker bits. She taped three sides to the back and filled it with sparkly sequins and tiny spider die cuts before sealing the last side.

Then she added the Giant Trick or Treat greeting and cute Halloween images from Fangtastic Friends and Spooktacular!

Thank you so much, Ivy for sharing your delightful Halloween designs!

Get a Little Batty with Elena’s New Party Idea

Elena‘s new party decor takes Halloween from traditional to trendy with pink pumpkins! Her pink and blue color story is fresh and fun and perfect for “getting batty”!

Featuring bats and pink pumpkins, Elena’s party spread is inviting and so creative!

Elena stenciled the moon and clouds from Nighttime Sky on the Stitched Party Banners. She used Butter and Manatee inks for the moon. For the sky she used Mermaid, Deep Sea, and Jet Black, then she stenciled the clouds using Yeti ink.

Then she added the cute bat from Full Moon, pink pumpkins from Pumpkin Wagon and Giant Trick or Treat.

The cupcake toppers got the bats and pumpkins treatment too! This time she stenciled the moon on a stitched circle base, again inking with Butter and Manatee inks. She popped up the images including clouds from Peekaboo Pop-Up.

And then she carried the theme onto the drink bottle labels! She found the perfect shades of pink in the Textured Canvas Pink pack!

The favor boxes start with Tiny Gift Box before getting a dose of the party theme too! Elena used the Jack O’ Lantern Add-On to create more pink pumpkins. I love this pink and black combination!

She also used the Tiny Gift Box Bat Add-On to create more adorable favor boxes!

I absolutely love this amazing color combination for Halloween! Thank you so much for this fantastic party inspiration, Elena!

Jenn’s Spooky Trick or Treat Card

Hello friends! Today Jenn is with us to share an amazing Halloween card full of inky goodness!

Jenn’s spooky Halloween card is so amazing! After she cut Full Moon from her Distress Watercolor panel, she gave it an inky background in gorgeous shades of purple! The moon also got inky with an awesome glow! Jenn then added the Spooky Fence Border to the bottom of the panel.

To complete the card, she added the Giant Trick or Treat greeting! I love how she gave it a unique look by layering glittery cardstock on just a part of it! It looks so cool! Then she placed the bat and glittery little sparkles as the final flourish!

Be sure to check out Jenn’s class schedule for upcoming online and in person classes! Click HERE for all the details of her Awesome Autumn online class coming soon on October 8th! And HERE for the Furry & Bright class on October 29th!
