A Sweet Snow Globe Nativity Shaker with Grace

We have lots of great inspiration for you this month! November Inspiration Week starts this Friday! We will share more highlights from the Fall & Winter 2021 Release with intro videos, Design Team samples and daily giveaways! And then later this month we will have another inspiration-filled Fawny Holiday Week! We are so excited!

Grace is with us today to share a nativity snow globe shaker card that is so beautifully sweet! She used Magic Iris Snow Globe Add-On for the frame and then added cute images to fill the scene!

Grace is known for her beautifully innovative designs and this sweet card is no exception! In order to create the nativity scene she combined images from Joy to All, Out of this World (baby), Hay There and Some Bunny (manger).

The cheerful holiday sentiment, from Joy to All sends a happy greeting!

Lawn Fawn Video {4.29.21} Chari’s Colored Pencil Storybook Card

Today we have a fun slimline card designed by Chari! She shows us how to use colored pencils to give a soft storybook look to her images! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you for watching! I hope you enjoyed the video!

Chari created a sweet scene featuring some friends we all know and love! She stamped the images from Den Sweet Den, Hay There and So Owlsome, then colored them using colored pencils. She used scissors to fussy cut the images so they look like they are in the pages of a storybook!

The bright wash of colors in our Watercolor Wishes paper collection become a perfect background! She used 12×12 papers in Wishing Well blue for the sky and Four-Leaf Clover green for the grass and tree canopy. The tree is our Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop, trimmed down to just one tree.

I love all the sweet little details Chari added! The cute little bees from Bee Mine are perfect with the bee hive created with a Mini Easter Egg! And adding the leaves from Leafy Tree Backdrop: Portrait gives the tree top more character!

Chari included an encouraging quote from Winnie the Pooh on her design! She stamped it out using Harold’s ABCs which has a fun cartoon style!

Thank you so much for sharing this adorable design with us today, Chari!

First Saturday with Megan {4.3.21}

Happy April Friends! Megan joins us today on the first Saturday to share a delightful Easter slimline card!

Megan used the Scalloped Slimline with Hearts: Portrait dies as the base for this tall and happy scene! I love how she combined the Let’s Go Nuts squirrels with Eggstra Amazing Easter! The Easter eggs look so cute in the squirrel’s wagon!

Megan always adds so many fun little details to her scenes! I love the tiny chick from Hay There and the little paint buckets from Easter Before ‘n Afters! The Easter eggs in pretty colors look so cute tucked into the grass!

Then, to take this fantastic card right over the top, Megan added a Swish ‘n Pop Pull-Tab! It makes the squirrel look like he’s leaping over the Easter basket!

Thank you so much, Megan! I love this adorable Easter inspiration!
