The Fawnie crew will be at Stamp Fever in Orange, CA on Saturday, October 5th and we are looking forward to seeing our So Cal friends! We will we doing a Flippin’ Awesome Make ‘n Take featuring the adorable Mice on Ice! You can get all the details and contact information to sign up for the Free Make ‘n Take HERE! We can’t wait to see you all and craft together!

Our Fawnie, Jess, joins us today with some versatile and fun birthday card ideas!

For this sweet Reveal Wheel design, Jess used the cute little bunny from Upon a Star to “make a birthday wish”! She used the Reveal Wheel Square Add-On and the Speech Bubble Add-On along with the Essential Shapes Template! I love how she used the sentiments from Tiny Tag Sayings: Birthday to fill the Reveal Wheel window, they fit perfectly!

Jess using our Woodgrain cardstock in the charcoal color as the card base! It looks so amazing with how she colored the bunny and gives the card a bit of a masculine look that makes it great for celebrating the guys in your life!

Jess stamped her image with River Rock ink! She then used Copic markers for coloring with a soft look!

This birthday card is so striking with its accents of gold and black stripes! Jess started with Gold Rush cardstock die cut with a Stitched Rectangle Stackables die. Then she added diagonal stripes of Black Licorice cardstock for a bold graphic design! She die cut the Scripty Happy die then made it special with a few coats of Gold Embossing Powder!

Thank you so much, Jess! We all need new ideas for making eye-catching birthday cards and your inspiration today is just perfect!

Jessica’s Beautiful Birthday Card

Happy Monday! We hope all of our friends in the US are enjoying a wonderful holiday weekend! Today Jessica joins us to share a beautiful birthday card design!

Jess created a lovely blue sky background with Distress Oxide inks for her sweet garden design! She stamped and colored the pretty flower border from Simply Celebrate, it adds cheerful color to the Picket Fence Border! The birthday greeting is a combination of Scripty Happy and Happy, Happy, Happy!

I love how Jess used the Woodgrain cardstock to add a rustic frame with a Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window! She added dimension with some ink blending on the textured cardstock! The Picket Fence Border was also die cut from Woodgrain cardstock in white!

Thanks so much for inspiring us today with your beautiful birthday card, Jessica!

Jessica die cut the Pretty Poppies petals and leaves from smooth white cardstock then added inky color with an ink blending tool. I love the colorful stamping in the shaker window!
