Two Cute Cards with Jess

Our Fawnie, Jess joins us today to share two totally adorable cards that were in the judging at the Orange County Fair! One is a summery On the Beach card just to say hello and a fun birthday card featuring Hay There!

This fabulous summer scene starts with a cool ink smooshing technique to create the look of sky, sea and sand! Jess colored the On the Beach and Life is Good images with Copic markers adding sweet dot details. More ink smooshing was used on the Scripty Hello in sunny yellow!

This is one cute Hay There herd sending birthday greetings! The gorgeous ink blended sky is a great backdrop for the Happy Birthday Border!

Thank you so much, Jess! Your cards are just so much fun and inspiring!

Lawn Fawn Video {6.26.19} Eloise’s Clever Triple Pull Tab Card

Eloise is with us today sharing her brilliant pull-tab birthday card! In today’s video she demonstrates how to connect 3 Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On sliders to create a triple pull tab! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

I love how Eloise combined Birthday Before ‘n Afters with Party Animal to create this super fun interactive birthday card!

By connecting three Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On sliders, Eloise was able to have all three birds pop-up from behind the birthday cakes!

I love how Eloise paired Scripty Hello with the perfect sentiment from Birthday Before ‘n Afters! This is such a happy card, I just love it!

Thank you so much, Eloise, for sharing this totally delightful interactive card with us today! I love the triple pull tab!

Fab Flowers with Jenn and Nancy

Our fawnie friends, Jenn and Nancy have been working together to launch our new challenge blog, Lawn Fawnatics. Today they share a fun collaboration using the same stamp set and dies. Nancy chose the stamp set: Fab Flowers and Jenn chose the dies: Fancy Scalloped Stackables. They created 2 lovely and very different looks, completely in their own styles.

Jenn’s gorgeous card features a Fancy Scalloped Circle that has been inked with Distress Oxide in Fossilized Amber to give it a beautiful vintage look! The bold red Scripty Hello looks fabulous with the pretty pastel Fab Flowers!

Nancy’s card was inspired by a tea-towel she saw at Anthropologie. She stamped Gingham Backdrops with Black Licorice ink to mimic the black and white gingham of the tea-towel and used bright bold ink colors to stamp the Fab Flowers. A Fancy Scalloped Rectangle in Sticky Note cardstock frames her main panel.

Thanks so much, Jenn and Nancy for sharing your beautiful card in this fun collaboration!
