First Saturday with Megan {3.6.21} Playground Fun with Tiny Friends

It’s the first Saturday in March and Megan joins us to share another amazing design to inspire your weekend crafting! Her Tiny Friends scene is just too adorable!

Megan combined some older sets to create this school playground for the Tiny Friends! In the background, she used the schoolhouse and school bus from Village Heroes and a tree from Happy Village. The swing, slide and tall tree are from Let’s Play!

Megan created a stenciled background using Cloudy Stencil, Hillside Stencils and Post-It Tape. Check the supply list below for the Distress Oxide colors she used. The little speech bubble and heart from Hay There add a perfect finishing touch!

Sweet Card Inspiration with Karin

Karin is with us today to share some sweet cardmaking inspiration!

The Unicorn Picnic critters are wishing you a fun day in this sweet design! Karin created the most beautiful cloud background using our Cloudy Stencil!

I love how Karin used scraps of colorful patterned papers for the Stitched Rainbow! It makes it look so whimsical and fun!

This back to school card is so charming! Karin featured Village Heroes and the cute owl from Jump for Joy in this pretty framed scene! She used lots of dies to set the scene as well, including Forest Border and Road Border. She created the window with a Scalloped Circle and framed the card with a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle. Karin added even more fancy fun by stamping the Wavy Sayings sentiment on a Fancy Wavy Banner!

Cute Slimline Car Critters Card with Joyce

Joyce has combined three of our village stamp sets with Car Critters to create a fun slimline thank you card!

Joyce using the Large Slimline with Sliders set to cut this fun stitched panel filled with a happy little village scene! With some strategic placement of images she used our regular size Stitched Hillside Borders to cut the Cilantro and Noble Fir hills! She used the Cloudy Stencil to create those beautiful puffy clouds in the background!

The scale of the Car Critters car works with the smaller village images from Village Heroes, Happy Village and Winter Village because Joyce placed it in the foreground of this cute scene!
