Hello and welcome to the first post of Lawn Fawn’s Spring Release and Inspiration Week week! We are just so excited about this week! We are featuring 5 stamp sets and 6 dies, Let’s Polka, Mon Amie and our new ink, and we will have fun posts and giveaways and lots of inspiration! These products will be available on February 19th!

Today is our showcase of Gleeful Gardens and its coordinating dies!  The design team has made the most amazing samples!  We also have a video at the bottom showcasing some fun ways of using these products !

I love how Chari cut a rectangular window out of her card base to highlight her scene! The colored snail shells make me smile!

Lynnette‘s cards are too fun! I love that she shows that your scene can cover your whole card or you can highlight scenes with a negative die cut circle! So awesome!

  16. Oh look at how cute these projects are! Great video too! This new set looks like it will be a go to for me alot! I love anything to do with flowers, garden critters and grass!
    What made me happy today was my daughter… she had mentioned to me that she was excited for me to see her Valentine's day gift to me…. and it just melted my heart to know that she thought of me and created something from her heart for me…. that made me happy!

  17. This is a darling set.
    To answer the "what made you happy today:" I volunteer at my children's school a lot. Every Thursday, I help in their former Kindergarten class with a teacher who's been teaching for over 40 years. I have helped for years previously but this year is special for two reasons: 1) This is her last year teaching, 2) Last year, she was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer. My favorite part about today was in class, and I was able to sit down with a boy who is developmentally delayed and enjoy him just being a kid. He's normally quite challenging, but he and I had fun while the rest of the class was doing their thing. I drew for him a cat and he colored it red, named it bambi and then proceeded to dress bags with hearts on them. He asked for help spelling "Valentine," and I obliged and he put the letters not in order but in his own. He's a sweet boy and it was so fun enjoying his kind heart. That was my favorite part of the day.

    What makes me happy today: That it's Friday! And going to try on wedding dresses later today!
    We've used LawnFawn for our invitations (Bake me a cake and Love you a latte), and if I win this set I will use it for the thankyou cards. Can't wait for the new releases and LawnFawn in general makes me happy!

    Lawn fawn is not so easy getting a hold of here in Norway 🙁

  28. Going out to lunch with some of my girlfriends to celebrate one of their birthdays. I always make my birthday cards and they all love seeing what I come up with.

I'm amazed at all the cute scenes you can make with the Gleeful Gardens stamp set and I love the idea of stamping on the outside of the envelope.   133. Oh what sweet, and darling, Mushrooms (Snails and Hummingbirds). This Stamp Set makes me so yearn for Spring. It has been a tough week here in the Northeast, everywhere we look there are Mountains of snow. I am happy to have the day to catch up on my Housekeeping and to Regroup prior to our next Blizzard coming in. This Stamp Set made me smile and a little smile can go a long way!

The fact that I woke up at all made me happy, even though I am exhausted after being out paying bills and shopping, my son didn't feel well so refused to come and help me with that. Although things may change on Monday, as I have a cardiologist appointment!   262. What made me happy today was going out with friends to celebrate one friend's birthday. We went shopping, too and I bought the Lawn Fawn Chit Chat stamp set and the Lawn Fawn Spring Showers die. Oh happy day….can't wait to use them!

I have to tell you this, when we sat down to dinner, the 3 year old said (pointing to his father), "That's my Daddy. He loves me!"   275. Love this set it's so cute! The over sized mushrooms are a fav! What made me happy today… two good deeds done on our way home. 1 we saved a turtle trying to cross a busy highway & 2 we turned around and pulled over to help a friend in need broken down on the side of the road.

  280. At the moment we have absolutely no money at all, we are really struggling. This coming week I had a huge bill for the car (as well as other bills and my daughters birthday) that I have worried about paying for weeks. I realised this afternoon while sitting in the car looking at the paperwork, that the bill doesn't need to be paid for another six months. I got it completely wrong……yippee!! I can now buy presents for my daughter for her birthday. You don't know how happy I am!!

  282. A super awesome moment happened here at home at 10.36pm my little man 4 months old rolled over!! Trust me to not only take a photo of it but to also jot down the time 😉 I also got 1hr me time today and made a card, but the rolling over trumps that! ☺

  367. Today is family dinner night, so all four sibling and their families meet for dinner at the parents house. Afterward we play games and chat for a few hours! After doing this for 14 years it's one of our favorite monthly traditions.

I woke up this morning next to my hubby and announced that I wanted banana pancakes for breakfast and he asked if I wanted to go out for my FAVORITE banana pancakes, or make them at home, I told him I'd be willing to go out, then he announced the weather outside, the windchill was making it feel like -15 and he was totally fine with me deciding I could make my own pancakes! LOVE those snails and flower, such a happy stamp set!

  417. your stamps make me happy all the time, but this one REALLY made me happy because it has a hummingbird in it. When my father died a few years ago, I was sitting on his porch and three or four hummingbirds came buzzing around me, and I was thinking that my dad didn't really leave me, that he really was still around and sent those charming beautiful birds to cheer me. Now whenever I see one I think of him.
