  1. When I wanted to give my fiancé his good morning kiss, he worked me back out the door as quickly as possible. Apparently he was working on my birthday gifts. That made me smile today. (This is probably also a good time to confess that 80% of my wishlist is Lawn Fawn products, they just mix & match so well)
Love the backdrops, and all the extras you get in the die set. Brilliant.

  2. Love these cards! I just got the Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Landscape and I am super excited to use it! Question–how did you make the background on the second card? It's got a purple background that looks like it was sponged but how did you get the pretty sort of speckled looking part? I want to make that!! Thanks!

  3. I love how easy it is to create a scene with these new dies! Love all the cards everyone has out together. What made me smile today, well I just woke up and this is the first thing I've done but it definitely made me smile lol 😊

  4. I think scene building is turning into my very favorite card technique right now and I got a lot of my ideas from the Lawn Fawn blog! And some of these cards totally made me smile today! I love this whole release!

  6. I cannot wait to get both of these die sets now after seeing the absolutely wonderful inspiration!!! All of these cards are so creative and whimsical I love them! 8. Fabulous new dies!! Nothing so far, but the day has just started, but I have a ton of studying to do and that is not going to make me smile!! But I need to make a couple cards and that will for sure make me smile as long as I can find the time to do them!!

  9. I love how versatile these stitched hillside backdrop dies are in making the cutest scenes, all with one pass of the die in a big shot! The coordinating dies that come with each set are adorable and the design team showcased them beautifully. Awesome job! 15. Love all the samples! Tons of talent there. I smiled as I started to see pumpkins and Hallowe'en decorations appearing in neighbourhoods when I was on my morning walk.

  16. I just love those backdrop sets! They look like they make the scene building process so easy, which is always nice! This morning my doggy made me smile when she was so happy to see me and she ran and got her squishy squeeky toy and gave it to me. So precious!

  17. Love all the things you can do with this die and how you can bring in so many Lawn Fawn things! Somethiythat made me smile today was having my youngest daughter run up and give me the biggest hug! 🙂

  27. Love, love, love all of today's creations. My high school friend contacting me to let me know that she is going to be visiting from CA. I haven't seen her in 30 years so the idea of getting together made me smile.

  29. Love the halloween card. My dog made me smile. She is very much a princess and when she goes for walks in the woods with me she always takes the cleanest driest path. Other dogs go splashing through puddles and mud. She goes out of her way to avoid them.

  30. I did not get these dies 'cause I wasn't sure how they worked… now I want them! Cute projects! My little Papillon Tesla makes me smile all the time… today she was adorably fast asleep on the floor (where she never sleeps) because she was tuckered out chasing birdies and lizards and kitties (in her mind), oh my!

  32. My son and husband made me smile today. They made fun of me explaining how to get a free pickle at Disneyland.
"Hey pickle guy, how's your day?"…. check pinterest… it's real

  33. These are great dies for making cards. By having the hills blend in with the frame in one die, makes it less bulky. Because when layering it yourself it can sometimes gets too bulky and messy on sides of card. 🙂

  34. Today was the last day of one of my half semester classes. It made me smile that I just turned in my last assignments for that class and I am finished with it! 🙂 I love all the new ideas with these die cuts!

  40. Love these dies so much! I was able to purchase the landscape version and have used it so many times since I got it! So much fun!

My 9 y/o is what made me smile today – such a cute little nugget that one is!

  43. Amazing how many different looks you can get with these stitched hillside dies. SInce I am a day late I will tell you what made me smile yesterday. A group of us from church went to the assisted care living home and sang with the residents. There was the sweetest little man who was singing away and I just wanted to take him home with us and that is what made me smile : )

  44. These dies are amazing! They really simplify making a background seen for a card. That sweet little winter unicorn made me smile today. I have a pocketbac anti-bacterial hand gel hanging from my purse that says Unicorns are my spirit animal; so unicorns always make me smile!

  45. Love these stitched hillside backdrop dies!!! So many cool things you can do with them!!! Playing outside with my puppy made me smile today! I had been away for five days and I missed her so much!!!

  47. When I opened the back
door and was met by my
    outdoor kittens, all
    crying for fish! We
    caught a bunch and
    have been feeding it
    to them and they love
    it!

  48. I couldn't help but smile at my crazy spaniel doing his agility today. It was the first time he jumped a full course and although the best he managed was 'nearly not eliminated' he had a brilliant time! Now I can smile at the thought of making a few Christmas cards with the rest of my day off! Thanks for the inspiration. Lou x

  49. Feeling my 4 yr. old's hand in mine as we crossed the street; and listening to him talk about anything! His little voice melts my heart…

  50. The thing that made me smile this morning was having electricity back after 5 days without it. After hurricane María, the electrical grid in Puerto Rico has been so unstable, it's only been a few days with electricity for the past month. 🙁

  51. Oh woa, that sky by Elena looks stunning. And all the other cards have fabulous scenes, love how easy you guys made it to build scenes.

I saw a celebrity doing an interview while playing with puppies, that was adorable

  52. What made me smile today was getting to tattoo a good friend who wanted something beautiful. She had a wonderful experience in Hawaii being able to take part in the Floating Lantern Festival. Her brother passed a few years back from cancer and at the Floating Lantern Festival you can write notes to your loved ones and then light them and place them in the ocean. It's so beautiful and we were able to capture this in a permanent piece of art she can wear everyday. You should look up pictures of this festival it is breathtaking.

  53. I love Yaineas soft colored card. Today my two dogs made me smile just as they do everyday that I get to spend time with them. They are hilarious and I love them.

  54. Be still my heart! You guys are on fire!!!! What made me smile: listening to my 5 year tell his big sister he made her a picture and he had tried to spell out "I love my sister " on the back❤️

  55. I love the stitched hillsides dies. This would make scene building so much easier! You have brilliant ideas! The thing that made me smile today was when I had to wake up my 5 year old for school and he responded with, "mama, don't you know when someone is sleeping that means they're growing, you know you shouldn't wake me up"
