We Wish You a Very Fawny Holiday Week 2020 {Day 5}

Hello everyone! Welcome to our special Fawny Holiday Week! This week is all about getting ideas for the upcoming Holidays! We have fun ideas and inspiration along with videos and daily giveaways! (Make sure to comment for a chance to win a stamp set and coordinating dies of your choice and a Let It Shine 6×6 pad!)

We will be featuring Lawn Fawn Holiday products this week, both old and new! Woohoo! We will be sharing holiday projects by our Design Teams and some special guest designers! Our team members (Fawnies) from Lawn Fawn Headquarters will also be joining us for extra inspiration! I can’t wait to show you all of their gorgeous projects!

We are so happy to have Nichol with us today to share her adorable felt tag ornaments! She will show us how she stitched up these cute mugs in today’s video tutorial! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch it at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Nichol‘s handstitched Outside In Stitched Mug ornament tags are so adorable! I love that she used traditional Christmas colors to add lots of merry and bright fun on a package or the tree!

To add holiday decorations on these four mugs, Nichol used a variety of die sets!
Top left: Gingerbread Friends; Top right: Shadow Box Fireplace Add-On
Bottom left: Tiny Gift Box Deer Add-On; Bottom right: Oliver’s Stitched ABCs, Tiny Gift Box Holiday Hats Add-On

Mona Toth is our guest designer for Day 5! She created an amazing, tri-fold Hawaiian holiday card with some brilliant surprises! She set the scene with Stitched Wave Borders, Hammock and Trees, some pineapples and a fun sandy snowman! The mermaid, singing crab and anglerfish are about to get a surprise when the pull-tab is raised!

It’s a happy surprise though, as the jolly old elf from Ho-Ho-Holidays was hiding behind the pineapples!

When the flaps are opened they reveal more Christmas Fishes fun on the inside! I love how Mona die cut the anglerfish in the flap (covered with vellum) so he shows through to the front of the card; it’s such a clever idea!

Mona added one more surprise to her mini masterpiece; the seaweed tree lights up with the help of a Chibitronics light circuit!

Cookie making is a fun holiday activity and perfect as the theme of a scrapbook page! Samantha‘s creative layout features our Oh Snap mini set, a sentiment from Christmas Dreams and Oliver’s Stitched ABCs! She added pretty detail in the background with stenciled Snowflake Trio!

Melissa made a Christmas tree shaker card using Stitched Christmas Tree Frames! She filled the window with a mix of sequins and glitter! To add even more sparkle, she gold-embossed the greeting on a Fancy Wavy Banner!

From the snowy sky to the Christmas Fishes in the ocean and the cute village in between, Tammy‘s tall slimline card is adorable fun! Santa is from Tiny Christmas and he’s riding in his sleigh pulled by reindeer from Over the Mountain Borders! The colorful little village is in Simply Celebrate Winter and it’s the perfect backdrop for the Peas on Earth carolers!

Karin is back with another sweet A Creature Was Stirring card! I love the pretty details she included like the Quilted Backdrop and Stitched Scalloped Circle Frame!

This delightful Shadow Box Card by Caly features Holiday Helpers elves giving Santa a hand with the toys! I love how she decorated with the garland and holly on the fireplace mantle and hung the stockings around the side, too!

I hope you have enjoyed this fun look at some of our Holiday and Winter sets. Tomorrow we have another fun Fawny Holiday celebration but for now, it’s giveaway time! Leave us a comment sharing a crafty holiday project or gift you are working on by November 21st at 2:00PM ET.
