Lawn Fawn Video {12.28.21} Mindy’s Stenciled Happy New Year Card

Mindy created a card with cute critters and gold confetti to welcome the New Year! Check out her video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

These cute critters are ready to party in style! Mindy kept her color palette to black, gold and silvery grey for lots of drama! She used Sunburst Backdrop to create a bit of stitched texture, then she stenciled confetti with Gold Stencil Paste!

Mindy found the balloons and top hat in Bicycle Built for You. And the party hats are from Scootin’ By and Really High Five! She combined the cute puppy from Furry and Bright with a smiling cat from Meow You Doin’. The final detail is the greeting! She die-cut Cole’s ABCs once from Pixie Dust Sparkle cardstock and another from 110lb white cardstock to layer together.

This card is so special, Mindy! Thank you so much for sharing with us today!

Mayra’s Stinkin’ Sweet Valentine!

Happy Monday! We hope you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday weekend! It’s Mayra‘s turn to inspire us with the cuteness of Scent with Love! Her card is so “stinkin’ sweet with lots of wonderful details!

Mayra gave her design a greeting and frame that makes the bright, happy scene pop! She used black glittery cardstock for the Giant XOXO and Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Window! She also used the sparkle cardstock for the Fancy Wavy Banner. The Quilted Heart Backdrop: Landscape adds even more happy color and fun to the background!

It is always so much fun when a card mixes old with new sets! In this case, Mayra included flowers from Fairy Friends and Gleeful Gardens with Scent with Love!

Thank you so much for sharing this fantastic card with us today, Mayra! I just love it!

Lawn Fawn Video {12.26.21} Samantha’s Inky Scent with Love Card

Today Samantha joins us again to share one of her creative cards! She shows us how to add fun inky details to a sweet Scent with Love design in this video tutorial! You can watch her video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Samantha always brings something so cute to her creations! For this love themed card she filled the background with fantastic inky techniques. She ink blended bright yellow color before she stenciled Lots of Hearts on the Outside In Stitched Balloons. Those layers of splatters add so much texture and interest on the Simple Stripes: Diagonal background!

I love the whimsical colors she used for the skunks while keeping the black and white “skunk” colors in background!

Thanks for the sweet and whimsical inspiration today, Samantha! It’s so adorable!
