Lawn Fawn Video {7.28.22} Kara’s No-Line Coloring and a Magical Bookmark

Kara is back with another amazing coloring tutorial! This time she demonstrates no-line coloring while creating a magical bookmark! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Kara used Jellyfish ink to stamp the front and back of the Dream Big dragon. This light-colored, Copic-friendly ink is perfect for no-line coloring! Then she put her amazing coloring skills to work making this cute dragon come to life!

She white-embossed the sentiments on two Dream Big Add-On bookmarks before attaching the dragon front and back on each one.

Kara used a little magic of her own to make this bookmark magnetic! She used the Dream Big Add-On die to cut a magnetic sheet two times. Then she snipped the top of each add-on before attaching them to the back of the bookmark. Now the bookmark will magically adhere to the book page!

Thank you so much, Kara for sharing your incredible coloring skills! This dragon bookmark is so adorable!

  1. I have thought I wanted this set. After seeing your idea of making a magnetic bookmark I know that I do want this set. Thank you for the idea. I will be using it.

  2. Dear Kara P and Lawn Fawn –
This is a masterclass in both patience and coloring. WOW! I just loved watching you work, Kara. I am in awe of the number of times you came back in to get the green/blue balance just right. Your dragons are both amazing! I am partial to green and blue mixtures, so I prefer that dragon, but the yellow/blue one is also amazing!!
Yes, I sure do remember colorforms. I think they are even still made, believe it or not. Don’t quote me, though.
