Franci’s tags with Say What? Gift Tags are the perfect size for adding to Valentine treats and gifts. She kept her color palette soft and minimal, and the result is so pretty.
For the background of her tags, Franci used Distress Inks in pink and red to add pattern with Outline Hearts Stencil.
