in today’s video, Chari features Fresh Lemonade, our new paper-piecing set to create a cute and summery card! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you so much for watching!

Chari used lots of pretty patterned papers and cardstock including the colorful new Giddy for Gingham paper to make her Fresh Lemonade card! Assembling the paper pieced lemonade glasses is so easy with our Double-sided Adhesive Sheets. I love the added detail of the Folksy Petal Border!

Yainea‘s beautiful card is full of summer vibes! She combined Fruit Salad Background Stencils and the cute pineapple from the Aloha mini set with Scripty Aloha, and it is so much fun!

A pitcher of lemonade is a quintessential staple of summer! And Lynnette‘s beautiful Build-A-Pitcher design is so perfect with help from Lemon Vine Border, Giddy for Gingham paper and a sentiment from Make Lemonade.

Audrey‘s Fresh Lemonade design is so amazing with a watercolor background and the paper-pieced glass colored with alcohol markers. The cheery saying in the speech bubble is from Summer Friends. I love the little Aqua Gingham washi tape detail along the edge, so sweet!

June‘s cute and clever card takes the Highland Cows on a summer camping trip complete with Build-A-Campsite tent and campfire! She inked the background for this awesome scene on a Lacy Rectangle Stackables panel creating a pretty border! I love how she coordinated the Hay There, Hayrides pumpkins with the beautiful purple sky.

Latisha created a simple summery scene with Make Lemonade and a bright blue Cloudy stenciled sky.

Megan‘s Shadow Box Card is so charming starring our Tiny Gift Box Whale and Dolphin Add-On! She used Shadow Box Card Park Add-On for the arched opening then she added fun ocean details with Shadow Box Card Ocean Add-On. And that sweet sentiment can be found in the Whale You Be Mine mini stamp set.

Grace‘s amazing shaker card features Fresh Lemonade in different flavors, “juice because”! She found the sentiment in Treat Cart Add-On: Smoothies ‘n Juice and it couldn’t be more perfect and punny. Then she added a lemon wedge from Build-A-Pitcher, orange slice from Fresh Lemonade and strawberry from Build-A-Drink Cocktail. She used a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame as a border then filled her shaker with Tiny Treasures Mixed Fruit Clay Pieces, Iridescent Sequin Mix and Sunshine Sequin Mix.

I couldn’t help but think, “cowabunga” when I saw this brilliant card by Mindy! How fun that she took those adorable Highland Cows to the beach for a bit of surfing! To create the scene, she used Stitched Wave Borders, and images from On the Beach, Beachy Christmas and Life is Good.

Jennifer‘s fantastic Build-A-Pitcher card is a shaker and a Pull ‘n Slide Surprise interactive design! She packed so much summery fun into this clever card with cute little pinwheel and pitcher full of Lemon Clay Pieces and Sunshine and Iridescent Sequins.

When the slide is pulled up, there’s a cute mouse from Make Lemonade and a little bee from Magic Iris Beehive Add-On. For the sentiment she combined Make Lemonade, Make Lemonade Add-On and Treat Cart (friend) with Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Honey Bee!

To make the pinwheel, cut a square of double-sided patterned paper, Jennifer’s is a 1-inch square of Spiffy Speckles paper. Then she made a cut from each corner diagonally halfway to the center and folded down each tip to the center. You can secure the tips with glue and then punch a small hole to fit a small brad. Then attach the pinwheel to a strip of paper and watch it spin!

To create the fringy border, Jennifer started with Scalloped Fringe Border and trimmed it short to add behind the Giddy for Gingham panel.

Elise‘s gorgeous pair of Fruit Salad Background stenciled cards are so fruity and fun! She used bright colors of ink for the fruit that is bold on white cardstock and a softer look on the kraft cardstock.

Then she added a Scripty Hello greeting in Champagne Gold Metallic cardstock layered on a vellum Scripty Hello Outline Add-On.
