Introducing!

Today is our showcase of Build-A-Potion Bottle and Happy Ghost Tag! Poof! We’re creating some magic this Halloween with this potion bottle! The solid and frame shapes help you create an awesome shaker card. Fill your shaker with fun Tiny Treasures for a mystical treat for your lucky recipient.

Add a dash of spooky to your gifts with this Happy Ghost Tag! The ghost has foldable arms to hold the included trick-or-treat bucket or other too cute images.

Design Team Inspiration

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end showcasing some fun ways of using all these new goodies! Remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details and then leave these wonderful DT girls some comment love!

June featured Build-A-Potion Bottle in a beautiful setting with Spring Flowers Backdrop and that magical color palette! She added a leaf from the new Stitched Acorn Frame to the bottle, then she added a greeting with Scripty Thanks and Scripty Thanks Outline Add-On.

I also love how the new Happy Ghost Tag plays so nicely with our Fall Tiny Tags set! And the greetings from Hocus Purr-cus are a so perfect too!

Caly created the cutest Halloween card with Build-A-Potion Bottle! She started with a stenciled Spiderweb Background, then she added Giant Hocus Pocus, the colorful potion bottle and a cute vignette from Hocus Purr-cus!

Jennifer combined Happy Ghost Tag with Build-A-Potion Bottle, and the result is a shaker card that is so much fun! She filled the shaker bottle with Chunky Glitter, stars and sequins before sealing it up with a layer of acetate. Then she used Stripes ‘n Sprinkles Autumn paper, an Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle and Spiderweb Backdrop with lots of sparkle to finish this fantastic design.

Audrey‘s message in a bottle card is so beautiful and creative! The message is on the diploma from Woodland Critter Huggers Graduation Add-On, and it fits perfectly in Build-A-Potion Bottle. Then she created the amazing ocean scene with Sunray Stencil, Stitched Seashells and Build-An-Aquarium!

Karin featured Happy Ghost Tag on her sweet Halloween card! I love how she stamped a little Tiny Tag Sayings message on the ghost and then attached the tiny pumpkin bucket to the ghost’s arm! The Fancy Scalloped Rectangle framing the card adds to all the cuteness!

Melissa used lots of great Halloween colors for her Build-A-Potion Bottle card! She paired the bottle with Spiderweb Backdrop and Giant Happy Halloween: Portrait!

Latisha‘s Happy Ghost Tag looks so cute sending a happy greeting! She created a colorful design with Spiderweb Backdrop and some cute Fangtastic Friends Add-On critters with the banner and greeting. Then she added the unexpected on a “spooky” card, she surrounded the ghost with flowers from Daisy Border and Lemon Vine Border, so sweet!

Elise is sending “just a note” as a message in a bottle using the Woodland Critter Huggers Graduation diploma as the rolled-up note. She created the fun greeting by pairing with Finley’s ABCs with Simply Sentiments.

I love that Lynnette used the Happy Ghost Tag on her adorable Goodie Bag gift package! It is such a fun Halloween treat with spooky additions from Shadow Box Card Halloween Add-On!

Tammy‘s Build-A-Potion Bottle card is so amazing featuring our new Build-A-Cat critter! She added lots of fun and spooky details from Build-A-Critter Costumes, Stitched Pond Frame (frog) and Build-A-House Halloween Add-On (bats). And Giant Hocus Pocus looks so cool on the stenciled Spiderweb Background.

Mindy featured a pair of Happy Ghost Tags on Starry Sky stenciled background. She used Stencil Paste in gold on a Peach stitched rectangle. Then she added a Fancy Scalloped Rectangle layer then attached it all on a Cantaloupe card base. The fun sentiment is from our new All the Witch Hats!

I love how Grace saw the Build-A-Potion Bottle as a pretty perfume bottle! And who better to send some scented love than our sweet Scent with Love skunk! Her girly design combines pink Blissful Blossoms and wood grained Coffee Table papers to set the scene.

Grace filled the perfume shaker bottle with Clear and Iridescent Sequin mixes along with Heart Clay Pieces. I love the shiny and sparkly details from the gold sparkle bow and Champagne metallic bottle stopper.

This little Happy Ghost Tag could not be any cuter! It will be the perfect addition on all of your Halloween treat bags!

  14. I like all of the ideas – potions, perfumes, and messages. I was also thinking that it might work for holding flowers. Mayble it can hold sand and shells or even a boat!

  155. I think the DT showcased a lot of fun ways to use the bottle besides Halloween. You could use for Science type valentines, maybe as a drink container, but I would probably mostly use for Halloween cards.

  170. Halloween tags to attach to treats to give out to kids when my therapy dog Lucy and I engage with them at the library.

  247. The potion bottle could be bottle of vanilla for baking. You could make a wine glass as stemless or with a stem. Make the glass flat on the bottom or have it look like wine is pouring out of the glass.

  271. There are so many ways to use these dies and probably many more I haven’t thought of. Everyone has had such good ideas! I think making a valentines card with a love potion would be cute. Maybe making it a shaker with little heart and XO shaker bits inside. I love all things potions bottles!
