Mimi‘s spooky card features a clever take on the Big Hugs Pop-Up to send a haunting greeting! Along with Big Hugs Ghost, she used Spooky Forest Backdrop, Spooky Gate and sentiments from Booyah to craft a card for a “ghoul friend”!
Mimi created the card design with Spooky Forest Backdrop and Spooky Gate. She white-embossed the sentiment from Booyah on the purple ink blended background.
Inside, she continued the spooky trees, grassy hill and gravestones setting the scene for the ghostly appearance. She got really creative using Big Hugs Pop-Up with Big Hugs Ghost and another mechanism for the grassy hill and the large gravestone. She trimmed the mechanism to fit so that when the card opens the grass moves, popping up with the ghost. Mimi created the large gravestone using Stitched Bookmark (she removed the piece that makes the hole).
