Joyce’s Charming Christmas Stocking Card

We are so excited! Fawny Holiday Week starts TOMORROW, Monday, November 10th! Join us for a festive week of inspiring holiday cards and projects by our amazing and talented Lawn Fawn Design Teams! We will share video tutorials and of course, we will have daily giveaways too! The holiday fun starts tomorrow, see you then!

Today we have some adorable inspiration from Joyce! She combined Build-A-Fox with Christmas Stocking to create a cute and festive Christmas card!

The Christmas Stocking is cut from Knit Picky Winter Petite paper to give it a fun pattern. She also cut the “jingle bells” from gold metallic cardstock to create shine! The little fox in his Santa hat looks so sweet in the stocking!

For the background, Joyce used Candy Cane Lane paper which she stamped with a greeting from Scribbled Sentiments: Winter!

Thank you so much for sharing this charming inspiration, Joyce!

Catherine got really creative and made a cute trio of woodland critters using Build-A-Fox! Her brilliant Christmas card is sure put a smile on your face!

The cute woodland critters are dressed in Build-A-Critter Winter Accessories and Build-A-Critter Christmas Accessories, so they are ready for the frosty scene that Catherine created. She stenciled a cool color backdrop using Snowflakes Stencil, then she layered Spooky Forest Backdrop on top. Her greeting combines Scripty Merry, Scripty Merry Outline Add-On and Henry’s Build-A-Sentiment: Winter.

To make the different critters, she started with Build-A-Fox. She stenciled a sweater with Cozy Sweater Stencil and topped the candy cane-holding fox with a Santa hat. Then she added a winter scarf and the hero mask from Build-A-Critter More Costumes to create a cute raccoon with a shiny gift. And to make the cute bear, Catherine used Tiny Gift Box Skunk Add-On for the face, dressing him in the hoodie jacket from Build-A-Critter Winter Accessories. I love all fun details including their snow boots from Shadow Box Card Fireplace Add-On, so clever!

I love your super cute and clever card, Catherine! Thank you so much for inspiring us today!

Joy’s Amazing Christmas Card

Joy combined Build-A-Fox and Build-A-Bunny to create an amazing shaker card! It’s filled with so much fun and festive Christmas goodness!

Joy inked the background with Distress Oxide inks in Iced Spruce and Speckled Egg to create the look of the snowy winter day. Then she layered Mini String of Lights and acetate behind Spooky Forest Backdrop to create a snow-filled shaker window! At the top she placed a Mini Wreath with a greeting from Reveal Wheel Holiday Sentiments.

Next, she had fun with Build-A-Fox and Build-A-Bunny! She dressed them up and added lots of cute extras from Build-A-Critter Winter Accessories and Build-A-Critter Christmas Accessories. And there’s also pretty holly and berries from Build-A-Snowman. It all looks so amazing colored with Copic inks.

I love this beautiful card so much! Thank you for sharing with us, Joy!
