Lawn Fawn Video {7.4.24} Chari’s Festive July 4th Fireworks Card


Happy Independence Day to our friends in the US! Today, Chari is celebrating with an amazing hot foiled fireworks card! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Chari used Fireworks Hot Foil Plates to add a special touch to her 4th of July card! She added a pretty Prisma foil on Blue Jay cardstock, then she used red foil on vellum for great contrast! She used Red Sparkle cardstock to die cut just the “happy” from Giant Happy Fall and Silver Sparkle for the 4 from Louie’s 123s. Chari finished the greeting by white embossing Harold’s ABCs on a Blue Jay Stitched Sentiment Banner.


The shiny hot foil fireworks look amazing with the sparkly glitter greeting! And all the cute mice from Whoosh, Kites, Crazy Antics and Dandy Day are having a wonderful celebration! Such a fun card!

Joyce’s Perfect Summer Day with Whoosh, Kites!


Joyce paired Whoosh, Kites! with Crazy Antics to create a perfect summery scene!


Joyce blended Distress Oxide inks Prize Ribbon and Salty Ocean to create an amazing clear blue summer sky! Then she added Lucky Clover oxide ink to add shading to layers of Grassy Borders cut from Cilantro cardstock. She then white embossed her sentiment directly in the sky, leaving room for a kite and butterfly.


Next, she colored all the cute images from Whoosh, Kites! and Crazy Antics before assembling them in a super cute summery scene!

She combined Whoosh, Kites! with Fly High and Crazy Antics to show the mouse family enjoying some summertime fun! Marine set the stage for summer fun on a Scalloped Slimline with Hearts: Landscape panel with Hillside Stencils and Cloudy Stencil. She used Distress Oxide inks for the sky and the grass, then she stenciled the clouds in the sky with white Yeti Ink.


The mice are flying high in the sky in red, white and blue hot air balloons from Fly High! This design is so perfect for the 4th of July!


The middle section of the card depicts the cute Whoosh, Kites! mice flying kites on the rolling hills!


And finally, you can’t enjoy a summer holiday without a picnic and some ice cream treats! For this, Marine paired Crazy Antics with ice cream from Treat Cart! So perfect!
