Franci’s Cute Winter Decor

Happy Valentines Day, friends! Today, Franci created a crafty little decoration with a cute winter theme! Use it to brighten up a wall or to tuck into a book to hold your place!

This cute little project will add some fun to a winter day! Franci arranged images from Snow Much Fun along with the sentiment on a Large Slimline with Slider panel. She layered them with smaller square panels of Watercolor Wishes 6×6 paper and some sweet red hearts!

Franci added a loop of grosgrain ribbon to the top so it can hang on a hook and mark the page in a book!

These cute bears making snow angels are sure to create smiles!

Big hugs, Franci! Thanks for sharing your adorable winter decoration!

Lawn Fawn Video {11.24.20} Autumn Inspiration with Chari

We have a fun little surprise for you guys for Black Friday. Make sure to be signed up for our newsletter (in the sidebar) to find out all about it at the end of the week!

Chari is back with another beautiful card with an inspirational custom sentiment! It features her favorite Autumn set, can you guess what it might be? You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Chari started this lovely card by ink blending a wonderful, warm Autumn sky! She gave the backdrop lots of texture with water splatters and flicks of gold metallic watercolor!

Did you guess that Chari’s favorite Autumn set is Happy Harvest? She adds the cutest details to the scarecrow!

I love how she combined two alpha sets to stamp the custom quote. She used Riley’s ABCs in all caps and lower case Smitty’s ABCs for fun variety. Chari likes to use a black pigment ink with clear embossing powder to achieve a shiny embossed look.

Here’s a tip to get the same look if you don’t have black pigment ink: ink up your clean stamp first with clear embossing ink, then before stamping, ink it with black dye ink and stamp on your project. The clear embossing ink will keep your stamping sticky long enough to add your embossing powder and heat it up!

Thank you so much for sharing with us today, Chari! I love this beautiful card!
