Lawn Fawn Video {4.30.22} Christy’s Copic-Colored Berry Special Card

Christy is back with Copic coloring tips on another charming card! This time she features Berry Special with a clever little “strawberry house” from Fairy Friends! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Christy’s strawberry patch could not be sweeter! Before filling in the cute scene she created the background by stenciling some clouds and layered an inked Grassy Hillside Border panel on top. Then she added all those adorable Berry Special mice, jam jars and strawberries!

I love how she turned our Fairy Friends flower house into an adorable strawberry house with her fantastic coloring skills!

Lawn Fawn Video {11.2.21} Kara’s Surprise Storybook Pumpkin House Card

We have lots of great inspiration for you this month! November Inspiration Week is coming up this Friday! We will share more highlights from the Fall & Winter 2021 Release! And then later this month we will have another inspiration-filled Fawny Holiday Week! We are so excited!

Kara has a special treat for us today! She created a Pumpkin House design that is so charming and clever! You can watch her video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Kara’s brilliant card features our Pumpkin House with lots of detail! The ink-blended background is so beautiful, giving just the hint of a pumpkin patch! But the surprise is that the pumpkin opens up to reveal a charming story on the inside!

She layered 3 Pumpkin House die cuts so that each layer would open to reveal more of the story! As the first layer opens, you see that Kara “carved out the pumpkin” adding beautiful details.

She added the sleeping squirrel from Let’s Go Nuts in a pile of leaves. She did all of the stamping with Jellyfish ink to create no-line coloring which enhances the storybook look!

The final layer reveals the scene behind the squirrel! She included piles of stored acorns and a fireplace that looks so cozy!

The key to sending a belated birthday card is to make it magical with a humorous sentiment! Check and check!
