Glow-in-the-Dark Magic and a Charming Fairy Village with Grace!

I’m so happy to share two amazing card designs by Grace! She gave this pair of magical cards her own beautiful style, I know they will inspire you!

Grace has created a gorgeous glow-in-the-dark Flippy Flappy card and a slimline card with a charming row of fairy houses!

In order to create a charming scene for the Fairy Friends, Grace chose Mushroom Border and Little Picket Fence Border! And then, she stenciled a starry sky with Glow-in-the-Dark Stencil Paste. She even used a paint brush to add a little glow to the mushrooms and fairies wings!

The magic happens when you turn the lights off and this little gem glows like crazy! So cool! But that’s not all it does!

When you give the little tab a pull the rest of the sweet sentiment appears via the Flippy Flappy! Grace inked and stenciled the stitched panel included in the Flippy Flappy set to deliver the the glowing greeting!

And then, to continue the magical fairy theme, Grace created a charming little village of fairy houses! She arranged our Mushroom House, Acorn House and our brand new Pumpkin House on a tall slimline card. The Mushroom Border and Little Picket Fence Border make another appearance on this card, creating a sweet little neighborhood!

Grace combined cardstock with ink-blending and Copic coloring to create lots of variety of color and texture!

I am so impressed with Grace’s use of the white gel pen highlights! All those fun fairy sparkles add to the magic of her cards!

Thank you so much for this amazing inspiration, Grace! Your cards are just so special!

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend! Today we have some happy Spring inspiration created by Ivy!

This beautiful slimline card definitely sends Spring vibes! Ivy created a whimsical scene for the little gnome and his dog (from the new Tiny Friends set) using the new Build-A-House Spring Add-On die set! I love how she turned the mailbox upside down to use it as a shovel! She used our new Textured Dot cardstock with Shimmer cardstock for the Mushroom House, then she added lots of color with the Mushroom Border and butterflies!

Ivy created a lovely card for a friend who moved to a new home! This tall slimline uses the Scalloped Slimline with Hearts: Portrait set. The simple scene features Build-A-House in pretty Shimmer cardstock!

For the lovely tall tree, she did partial die cutting with the tree from Shadow Box Card Park Add-On. She then used scissors to cut the length of the tree trunk to fit the scene. Another clever thing Ivy did was to use the Outside In Stitched Cloud Stackable for the tree top!

To finish this fantastic Spring inspiration, Ivy created a quick and easy set of cards for many occasions! Using the pretty Perfectly Plaid Remix papers as a backdrop, she added Simple Puffy Clouds and the sun from Spring Showers to create a simple scene.

Then she created her sentiments using Scripty Bubble Sentiments that she stamped in Mermaid ink on Mermaid cardstock for a pretty tone-on-tone look!

Ivy’s lovely set of cards are perfect for sending love, happy thoughts and birthday wishes!

Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful designs with us today, Ivy!

Lawn Fawn Video {10.17.20} Kara’s Trick or Treat Slider Card

Kara is with us today to share a fun interactive slider card with a Halloween theme! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Thank you for watching!

I love how Kara created a cute neighborhood for the trick or treating chicks! She used the Outside In Stitched Pumpkin Stackables and pieces from Build-A-House and Acorn House to fashion a pumpkin house to go with the Mushroom House and Acorn House on this quaint garden path.

Behind each door is a friendly forest critter with goodies to share with the costumed birds! Kara used critters from Let’s Go Nuts, Say What? Spring Critters and Dandy Day!

This slimline slider design allows the little Fox Costumes Before ‘n Afters trick or treaters to move from house to house!

Thank you so much for sharing this delightfully adorable inspiration with us today, Kara!
