Happy Cards for Special Occasions with Ivy

Ivy is with us today to share two totally clever cards, one for a wedding and another for a birthday!

The first card is a unique wedding card that Ivy made at friend’s request! The taking the leap pun refers to the wedding on leap day! This super fun design is great for non-leap year weddings as well! She added the custom message using Smitty’s ABCs and Black Licorice ink!

Ivy used the cute frogs from Toadally Awesome along with “congrats”! She placed the frogs in a pond made with Stitched Pond and Stitched Pond Frames. Then she added the movement with Slide on Over Semicircles!

Ivy used beautiful Shimmer cardstock for the pond and lotus flowers to give this some special occasion pizzazz!

Ivy’s birthday card uses our new birthday mini set, Year Ten! Inside this card is where all the fun happens with Pop-Up Happy Birthday and Oliver’s Stitched ABCs! I love the festive color scheme featuring Cilantro, Peacock and Sugarplum cardstock!

The happy little Year Ten cactus is so sweet! The trio look adorable framing the pop-up greeting!

I love how Tammy combined the large letters in Oliver’s Stitched ABCs with the sentiments in Dandy Day! Her super cute scene is perfect in a Stitched Scalloped Circle Frame!

The Really High Five critters are flyin’ by to say that the party is on the inside of Grace‘s adorable card! Pop-Up Happy Birthday is the star of this birthday party!

Grace added some more mice from Dandy Day to the inside and gave them party hats! The rainbow striped candles are a fun addition! There are candles in both the Cake Slice Box and Stitched Cupcake die sets!

The only thing better than a happy hello is a rainbow happy hello spelled out with Oliver’s Stitched ABCs! I love Elise‘s ombré inked letters, they work so well with the sentiment from Reveal Wheel Circle Sentiments!

Oliver’s Stitched ABCs letters add lots of great impact to Yainea‘s fantastic Super Star design!

Lynnette created a totally charming thank you card! She cut the letters from Shimmer cardstock in pretty pastels and combined them with cute bugs and papers from Hello Sunshine Remix!

Oliver’s Stitched ABCs are perfect for adding a personalized touch to birthday cards! Elena‘s adorable card is so sweet with the cute unicorn and tiny fairies from A Little Sparkle! The puffy clouds are part of our new Meadow Backdrop: Portrait!

The festive balloons on the front of Elise‘s cheerful coordinate with the rainbow colors of the birthday greeting on the inside! She used the Tropical and Gemstone Shimmer cardstock for the Oliver’s Stitched ABCs she added to the Pop-Up Happy Birthday! Who wouldn’t love to receive this card on their birthday?

Audrey‘s beautiful Oliver’s Stitched ABCs sentiment is a sweet way to send lots of love! That watercolor background is simply amazing and with the Grassy Stencil is a great way to create a quick and fabulous card!

Megan‘s sweet Dandy Day card is an interactive Reveal Wheel design! I love how she added Oliver’s Stitched ABCs in white to contrast with all the pretty colors in this great scene!

Grace‘s super fun Flippin’ Awesome card gathers all the A Bug Deal critters in How You Bean? mason jars to send get well wishes! I love the bold sentiment with Oliver’s Stitched ABCs on the front!

I love Tammy‘s adorable scene featuring Toadally Awesome and Mushroom House! Oliver’s Stitched ABCs are perfect for adding big greetings to longer slim line cards!

I had fun creating this card! Tucking the little A Bug Deal cuties around the Oliver’s Stitched ABCs is such a cute way to send a simple greeting!
