Lawn Fawn Video {1.25.24} Lucky Clovers, Porcupines and Pencil Coloring with Chari

Today Chari shares a fun coloring tutorial using colored pencils! She will create a bright and happy card with Porcupine for You and Lucky Clovers! You can watch the video tutorial below or click HERE to watch at our YouTube channel.

Chari used Prismacolor pencils, Gamsol and blending stumps to color the cute Porcu-pine for You images. This style of coloring gives them a storybook look that is so sweet. Next, she die-cut the Lucky Clovers from Cilantro cardstock, added shading with Clover ink. Then she splattered the clovers with gold metallic paint.

She created an oval panel using Stitched Oval Stackables with Mermaid and Cilantro cardstock. And then she stamped the sentiment from My Lucky Charm to finish the design.

The bright colors of the Gummy Bears paper add to the happy vibe of Chari’s adorable design! This paper was so popular that we brought it back!

Samantha’s Porcu-pine for You Woodland Birthday Card

Samantha Casey joins us today with some fun inspiration combining new with old!

Samantha created the cutest birthday card with our new woodland critters! She paired Porcu-pine for You and Porcu-pine for You Add-On with the party-ready tree stump and sweets from Tea-rrific Day! I love how the happy little porcupine is riding the Scootin’ By scooter!

For the background, Samantha combined Spiffier Speckles and Watercolor Wishes Rainbow purple papers. Then she added texture with Stitched Ripple Backdrop!

I love this happy card, Samantha! Combining these sets is so creative!

Samantha shows the cute porcupine flippy-flapped into the scene with more Porcu-pine for You critters. She also used the front facing porcupine from the Porcu-pine for You Add-On set.

In addition to the porcupines and mushrooms, Samantha added heart-shaped balloons from Elephant Parade Add-On and tufts of grass from Yappy Birthday Add-On. I love how she inked the Henry’s ABCs letters to coordinate with the beautiful colors of the Distress Oxide ink-blended background.
