Catherine’s Charming Fish Store with Ta-Da! Diorama! Shop Add-On!

Catherine‘s creativity is on display with this brilliant Ta-Da! Diorama! fish shop! With Ta-Da! Diorama! Shop Add-On and some fun and fishy stamp sets, she created a perfect birthday card for the seafood lovers on your list!

Catherine stenciled the store front with Brick Stencil, she added vellum to the shop windows, and she used Baby Skunk Line Dance paper for the shop awning! I love the black and white stripes. Then she created a fun store sign, that also serves as part of the sentiment! On a Stitched Label, she stamped “wishing you” from Offset Sayings: Birthday, replacing the W with a Harold’s ABCs F. She also stamped a cute little fish from Keep on Swimming.

The shop opens to show lots of seafood on ice and a happy little bear weighing an order!
Here are the images Catherine used to create this unique Ta-Da! Diorama! Shop Add-On:
Snow Much Fun – bear
Butterfly Kisses – net
Beary Happy Holidays – bucket of fish
So Smooth – ice
You Are Sublime, Keep On Swimming, Fintastic Friends, Life is Good – fish, crab, clam, lobster
Plan on It: Fitness, Treat Yourself – scale

Thank so much for this totally clever take on the Shop Add-On, Catherine! I’m completely inspired!

Mimi’s Snowman Building Scene with Little Snow Globe: Bear

Be sure to join us here at the blog January 15 – 19 for a special week of inspiration! It will be a very heartwarming week!

Mimi joins us today with a super cute and clever Little Snow Globe: Bear card! This charming design is perfect for snowy winter days!

Mimi altered the Little Snow Globe: Bear stamp by masking the base of the snow globe to start the makings of a snowman! Then she used the circle stamp from Reveal Wheel Circle Sentiments to finish the masked part of the snow globe. She also used the circle for the bottom part of the snowman. She added a snowman building buddy from Snow Much Fun. Then she shopped her stash to find all the elements for decorating a snowman!

Making Frosty Friends: mitten, knit hat and twig arms
Snowball Fight: snow and sentiment
Ugly and Bright: mini hat
Let’s Go Nuts: mini scarf
Den Sweet Den: striped scarf
Window Scene Winter: black dots (snowman eyes and mouth)
Bicycle Built for You: top hat
Some Bunny: carrot

To set the snowy scene, Mimi ink-blended the background with Shaded Lilac and Stormy Sky Distress Oxide ink. She used Spooky Forest Backdrop, cutting off the grass and shading the trees and snow. For the snowbank she cut a Stitched Hillside Border, layering it and the backdrop on the inked panel. And then Mimi white heat-embossed the greeting on the background and assembled the cute snowman scene!

Thank you so much for sharing this creative card design, Mimi! It’s so much fun!

First Saturday with Megan {11.4.23} A Cozy Christmas Scene with Little Snow Globe: Bear

The adorable Little Snow Globe collection is available now at your favorite store and www.lawnfawn.com! Woohoo!

Hello friends, happy first Saturday with Megan! She is continuing Little Snow Globe Release inspiration with the sweetest Christmas card!

Megan began her cozy Christmas scene with Favorite Flannel on the walls and an ink blended floor. Then she used Picket Fence Border to make the “baseboard”. She used the Christmas tree, gift boxes and tiny stockings from Joy to All. The stockings are hung on a shelf from Purrfectly Wicked and there’s a framed sign from Den Sweet Den!

And then she added the cute bears from Snow Much Fun and Den Sweet Den in addition to the Little Snow Globe: Bear! The punny greeting is so fun as the bear “shakes” the snow globe!

Megan colored the snow globe base to look like wood with a gold plate. And she used a white gel pen to add snow inside the snow globe scene!

Thank you so much for this delightful inspiration, Megan! This card is so adorable!
