Mayra’s Frosty Fairy Friends Card & Fairy Treat Boxes and Gift Card Holder!

Wow! We sold out of all the grab bags! On behalf of Erica and Mike, I want to thank you for generously helping us to support METAvivor on Giving Tuesday! We appreciate you all so much!

Mayra is back with another cute and clever project that I’m sure will delight and inspire you!

Mayra created the cutest die-cut fairies that are inspired by our Frosty Fairy Friends! She added the sweet fairy faces to the Tiny Gift Box, and she also created a Stitched Gift Card Pocket!

The Frosty Fairy Friends star in Mayra’s charming holiday card! She set the scene with Spooky Forest Backdrop and Stitched Hillside Borders. Then she layered the scene with a Stitched Snowflake Backdrop, Scalloped Rectangle and framed it with the window from Ta-Da! Diorama! So clever!

Here’s a list of the items Mayra used to create these adorable fairy treat boxes: Tiny Gift Box, Tiny Gift Box Bee Add-On (fairy wings), Stitched Cupcake (eyes, cheeks, mouth), Tiny Gift Box Elephant Add-On (bow, and inner ear pieces for the hair on some of the ‘fairies’), Build-A-Snowman (scarf), Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On (Ear muffs, ear muff piece for bun), Heart Treat Box (small tag for each tiny gift box), Stitched Labels (oval shape to create hair for fairy), Mini Easter Eggs (small oval for smaller wings), Large Stitched Square Stackables (face for gift card pocket fairy)

Thank you so much, Mayra! Your adorable card, treat boxes and gift card pocket are so creative and totally inspiring!

Thank you so much for watching!

Marine shows how to create these beautifully festive tags or ornaments in an assembly line style. Be sure to watch the video tutorial for all the how-tos!

I love the Snowflake Background hot foiled on the acetate window! The shiny snowflakes and the hot foiled Winter Big Scripty Words are so special!

The adorable Making Frosty Friends set has been a holiday and winter favorite since it first released in 2011! Marine paired her sweet snowmen with a speech bubble and greeting from Say What? Christmas Critters!

It’s time to “bee” merry! Megan cleverly used summer products to create a bee themed Christmas card! She started with Let it Shine Red Sprinkle ‘n Shine paper for the Scalloped Slimline panel. Then she added Magic Iris Beehive Add-On and a cute Tiny Gift Box Bee Add-On wearing a Santa hat!

Next Megan holiday greenery using Christmas Garland and Magic Iris Holly Wreath Add-On! The red bow and berries look so festive! Finally, she created the punny greeting by adding an extra “e” to Scripty Be and spelling out “merry” with Henry’s ABCs!

Franci‘s snow globe shaped card features another beloved older set! Winter Bunny is the first in our series of cute winter critters mini sets! With her scarf flying behind her she is having so much fun sledding down a frosty hill! For the snow globe shape, Franci used Ready Set Snow Shaker Add-On!

This card is so sweet and fun that Franci made a second one! This time it features Winter Unicorn! Check out the winter critter collection for more ideas!

Oh, Christmas Tree! Elise used the sweet Little Snow Globe: Bear and a tree from Merry Mice for her Christmas card scene! She also included small trees from Winter Skies.

To create her custom greeting, Elise combined Henry’s ABCs and Scribbled Sentiments: Winter!

Jessica‘s brilliant packaging is a special way to share gifts over the eight days of Hanukkah! She altered the Candy Box, closing one end so the boxes will stand up. Then she added a Tiny Tag labeled with Henry’s 123s.

Next, she created a flat box that is 3.5″ x 6.5″ to hold the candy and small treat filled boxes. Then she decorated a panel of cardstock with a glittery Giant Happy Hanukkah and a gold-embossed menorah from Love You a Latke!

I love how Jessica combined blue patterned papers from a variety of paper collections!

Elena‘s elegant poinsettia-themed Christmas card starts with a stenciled poinsettia background. Then she added tiny die cut poinsettias from Magic Iris Holly Wreath Add-On and foliage from Holly Leaves Border! I love how she used a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle to frame the panel of vellum! It’s so pretty and softens the busy background a bit so the Oliver’s Stitched ABCs greeting stands out.

This is another design that can easily be created assembly line style. Create all the stenciled panels, and die cut the scalloped frames, adding the vellum. Then die cut the letters, poinsettias and holly leaves. All the elements will then be ready to assemble into beautiful holiday cards!
