We Wish You A Very Fawny Holiday Week 2020 {Day 2}

Hello everyone! Welcome to our special Fawny Holiday Week! This week is all about getting ideas for the upcoming Holidays! We have fun ideas and inspiration along with videos and daily giveaways! (Make sure to comment for a chance to win a stamp set and coordinating dies of your choice and a Let It Shine 6×6 pad!)

We will be featuring Lawn Fawn Holiday products this week, both old and new! Woohoo! We will be sharing holiday projects by our Design Teams and some special guest designers! Our team members (Fawnies) from Lawn Fawn Headquarters will also be joining us for extra inspiration! I can’t wait to show you all of their gorgeous projects!

To get us started on Day 2, Kara has a video tutorial to show how she made her Magic Iris Snow Globe! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch it at our YouTube channel.

Thanks so much for watching!

Kara‘s Magic Iris features a sweet gingerbread snow globe! She combined Snow Globe Scenes with Over the Mountain Borders and Tiny Gingerbread to decorate the Snow Globe Add-On! She added pretty stenciled details with Yeti ink and Snowflake Trio and Snowy Sky stencils!

Guest Designer Davina created an interactive slimline scene that features Snow Much Fun and the Waving Pull-Tab Starter set! I love these cute bears making snow angels!

To create the amazing scene at the top of her card, Davina combined Over the Mountain Borders, Winter Village and Tiny Christmas! Her coloring and white pen details bring this landscape to life!

Samantha paired old with new on her delightful card! Winter Dragon and Little Dragon are hanging stockings on the Cozy Christmas fireplace while Mini Snowflakes fall!

Christy‘s frosty scene is just too cute! I love the polar bears enjoying holiday sweets surrounded by snow-capped mountains! The bears are from Den Sweet Den and yummy treats are found in A Creature Was Stirring! Christy built the scene using Stitched Mountain Borders, Stitched Simple Wavy Borders and the ice sheets from Beary Happy Holidays and Critters in the Arctic! And she found the perfect sentiment in the Snow Cool set!

Jessica from LFHQ created the cutest little tree-shaped gift tags! She used Outside In Stitched Christmas Tree Stackables with the little tags from Scalloped Circle Gift Tags! She cut the trees from Noble Fir cardstock and added snowy detail by sponging on Yeti ink. To decorate the tags she used the snowmen from Ready Set Snow and then she stamped the holiday greetings from Say What? Christmas Critters!

To add a finishing touch to these adorable gift tags, Jessica tied on some Green Sparkle Lawn Trimmings cord! They look great spiffing up a plain kraft gift bag!

Audrey‘s favorite winter set is Making Frosty Friends and I’m so glad she featured our beloved snowman on this fantastic card! In addition to the snowman’s cute bird friends, Audrey included a couple of our new Den Sweet Den bears! With some Mini Snowflakes and a sentiment from Offset Sayings: Christmas this card is filled lots of happiness for the holidays!

Ivy‘s adorable dies-only design is perfect to toast the New Year or to send some holiday joy! For the background she used the Quilted Backdrop in Vanilla Malt layered over Moonstone cardstock! She used Outside In Stitched Mug in Mint Sparkle ‘n Shine with a Pixie Dust dollop of whipped cream (the frosting from Stitched Cupcake)! The pretty Stitched Poinsettia is cut from Pastel and Neutral Shimmer cardstock and Scripty Cheers adds a bit more glitter in Silver Sparkle cardstock.

Samantha M used alcohol inks to add awesome color to her Stitched Poinsettias! I love how she layered the colorful petals with vellum petals! She arranged the pretty poinsettias on a Woodgrain panel and finished the design with a fussy cut sentiment from Joy to the Woods!

I hope you have enjoyed this fun look at some of our Holiday and Winter sets. Tomorrow we have another fun Fawny Holiday celebration but for now, it’s giveaway time! Leave us a comment sharing a favorite gift you have given by November 21st at 2:00PM ET, and we will randomly pick one winner for a stamp set with coordinating dies of their choice and a Let It Shine 6×6 Petite Paper pad! This decorative add-on will turn Build-A-House into a sweet gingerbread house, complete with a gingerbread person, gumdrops, icing, candy canes, and a fun interactive door!

The design team has made the most amazing samples! We also have a video at the end introducing these new sets and showing some ways to use them!

Elena‘s gingerbread house has sweet white icing and festive red accents! She created a little scene for the Build-A-House Gingerbread Add-On with Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Portrait and Let It Shine paper in soft and pretty Cream Sprinkle ‘n Shine!

Elise used the Tiny Gingerbread images to stamp an adorable pattern for this charming design! To finish her sweet and simple card she added a greeting with Scripty Sweet cut from our new Metallic Gold cardstock!

Megan‘s interactive Reveal Wheel card is filled with all the festive fun of Christmas! She combined Build-A-House with the Gingerbread Add-On, Tiny Gingerbread and Oh Snap gingerbread people and some candy from Sweet Christmas. She included the wreath and gifts from Car Critters Christmas Add-On to bring in some holiday cheer! That sweet sentiment is found in the Sprinkled with Joy stamp set!

I love how Grace framed her sweet gingerbread house with a Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frame and pink stripes from Let It Shine! All the pretty pastel and white details combine to create a lovely fairy tale look! How fun is the swirl of vellum smoke rising from the chimney!

Audrey accented her Build-A-House Gingerbread Add-On colorful gumdrops (also found in this set) and Birch Trees in the background! She used tiny sequins to add “lights” to the roof line and finished with a sentiment from Offset Sayings: Christmas!

Latisha‘s card is simply adorable! I love the tone on tone Tiny Gingerbread stamping on kraft cardstock and bit of red framing the panel! Let It Shine Teal Sprinkle is a fun pop of color in the background!

Lynnette has the cute Tiny Gingerbread characters peeking out from the window and door! This adorable house features traditional red and green “gingerbread” accents. The new So Joyful Line Border coordinates with the Tiny Gingerbread sentiment perfectly!

Kara used Let It Shine Red Sprinkle ‘n Shine paper as the backdrop for her sweet Build-A-House Gingerbread Add-On house! The glittery gumdrops add so much whimsy! She created an interactive element using the Reveal Wheel Build-A-House Add-On so the Tiny Gingerbread people can be scene in the window!

Sweetness is the theme of Tammy‘s gorgeous design! The colorful candy from Sweet Christmas fills in this adorable scene and coordinates with the cute Tiny Gingerbread characters!

Yainea cut all the pieces of Build-A-House Gingerbread Add-On from Shimmer cardstock to give them a fun texture like real gingerbread! It’s so sweet how she arranged the house and the gingerbread men on the Fancy Scalloped Circle so they look like cookies on a plate! I love the clever way she added the Winter Big Scripty Words greeting on each side of the house!

Now, we have a video to introduce Tiny Gingerbread and Build-A-House Gingerbread Add-On and to share some fun ways to use these sets. I hope you enjoy it! You can watch the video below or click HERE to watch it at our YouTube channel.
